Unit 330 is situated lakefront offering 2 bedrooms and a bonus bunk room, and 2 full bathrooms . Newly renovated with LVP flooring and fresh paint. No need to wait for elevators. Park on the 3rd floor North parking garage (2 parking passes included in the resort fee) and walk right over to our condo. Amazing amenities galore with restaurants, 810 Billiards & Bowling, shops, beauty salons, a fitness center, five tropical pools, a large freshwater lake with nightly waterworks display, 52,000 sq. ft. of lakefront boardwalk, and easy access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. With the putting green and the fitness center right next to our unit, it offers everything you will need for an ideal vacation. Whether you are a family with kids looking for some fun at the beach, a company of adults needing some R&R, or retirees craving some peaceful ocean time, our spacious condo has everything you may possibly need and more. Our condo has brand new furniture through-out, a fully stocked kitchen, brand new and very quiet AC unit, and a giant balcony with beautiful lake views accessible from the living room or master bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, an in-suite spa bathroom with an updated walk-in shower and a garden tub. The guest room has two twin beds that could be converted into one queen-size, and a flat screen TV. A 3-level bunk-bed in a semi-private room and two sleeper couches in the living room provide plenty of additional sleeping options. A $102 per reservation resort fee for parking and wrist bands not included.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was clean, spacious, and had everything our family of five needed for a comfortable vacation. All the beds were very comfortable, and the living room was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun.The unit came stocked with thoughtful touches like beach toys, towels, and umbrella. Came with a dishwasher soap, paper towels, TP and trash bags for a couple days. Just a heads up bring laundry supplies, and shower items (shampoo, etc).One major perk was being on the 3rd floor. We didn’t have to deal with the elevator at all (which was a nightmare for some friends staying on higher floors), and the stairs were totally manageable. We also appreciated being able to park just a few steps from the condo—super convenient for loading and unloading.The washer and dryer in the unit worked great, which was a relief since others in our group had issues with theirs. The condo is very close to the lobby and shops, with just a short walk to the beach.The view from the balcony was really nice, though the fountains weren’t working during our stay—would’ve made it even better if they were. Still, we loved sitting out there!The location can’t be beat—right across from Pineapple Willy’s, which has great food and drinks. Tip: check the upper cabinets in the kitchen—there are refillable cups you can use to get cheaper drinks! There’s also a great breakfast and burger spot attached to the resort, which made grabbing a quick bite easy.

Graduation Girls Trip

Over all this was a fantastic stay. The condo was exactly as listed and we enjoyed our trip. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. The beach was very crowded even for mid-May. The condos on the beach have a majority of the shoreline with reserved chairs and umbrellas. The rooftop pool was closed during our stay and we could not use and the closest trash chute was closed as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

The condo was great with enough space for the 5 adults in our group and the ocean was just right across the street. Pineapple Willy’s is where we had dinner the first night which is right next to the beach access. The host Svetlana answered promptly each time I messaged her and thankfully we had no issues with the condo during our stay. The only minor annoyance was trying to change the door code to a shorter one to remember it easier but I tried many times without success so I just remembered the 10 digit one provided. The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of time relaxing out there. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely Condo- Congested beach access

We booked this trip for our graduated seniors first week of summer. The condo was perfectly sized, super clean, well kept and up to date. The owner was very kind and very responsive for our many questions! Our only complaint was the amount of people at the beach access which is no fault of this owner. We’d have preferred a less busy area of town and ended up going to the public beach access down the road!
