Relax with two sofas, after a fun day at the beach and listen to your personal playlist on an LG soundbar or ask ALEXA to play your favorite music... Get ready to experience all the evening activities at the Peddler's Pavillion (outside your window) or just enjoy the local communities by walking or biking.
Take the free shuttle down to the beach (in season) and spend your days in the sand. Soak up the sun while you wade in the warm, salty water of the Gulf of Mexico. When you are not at the beach, enjoy going for a swim in the two community pools(wade pool for the kids or reading a book) heated pool and large hot tub. Village of South Walton is within walking distance of many fantastic restaurants and exciting shopping boutiques. Spend the afternoon shopping on Scenic 30A before dining on deliciously fresh seafood at one of the many incredible restaurants lining the beach. 2 grills located at the pool and enjoy the view of the bright blue water. Enjoy Helen State Park at Inlet Beach. Paddle Board, Kayak and much more...
Our condo provides you with 4 beach chairs!, 9 beach towels and 2 umbrellas. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: ICE (located at Seacrest Sundries or the Pavillion), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, and coffee K cup pods.

If getting there is half the fun, then Crabby Steve’s is bound to be a blast. Tucked away, right on the beach, behind High Pointe Resort (across the street from condo) in Seacrest Beach, Florida, this is a lesser-known treasure of beach cuisine with something for almost everyone.
Crabby Steve’s is an American/Seafood restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and offering a full menu of delicious food, cold libations, coastal cocktails and a view that’ll make you want to stick around long after the last bite of fish is gone. This establishment is kid-friendly, has a full bar, outside seating with a waterfront view and food that keeps even the locals coming back.
Getting to Crabby Steve’s is perhaps the only confusing part as you have to walk in on the beach, or if you’re staying at Highpoint Resort, through the resort grounds. Sorry, no driving up and dropping off at this unique coastal eatery but it’s well worth it once you’re there.
30A Radio’s Cory Davis considers Crabby Steve’s a personal favorite, and had this to say about the Seacrest Beach eatery: “The allure of Crabby Steve’s is the difficulty in getting there. If you’re staying on property, it’s easy, but if not you either have to walk a long way on the beach to get there.” Cory goes on to say the fish sandwiches are his favorite and highly recommended. Don’t take a DJ’s word for it though, check it out for yourself the next time you’re on 30A. I think you’ll be glad you did.

The Villages of South Walton is such a great location to stay in with so many things to do. This condo had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and spacious for me and my husband. It was so nice listening to the live music in the pavilion each night through the opened windows (don’t worry, quiet hours start at 10pm). The easy walk to parking, the pool, the tram to the beach, and a plethora of shops and restaurants, including Rosemary Beach, make this condo an ideal place to stay! We appreciated the provision of beach towels and chairs/umbrella (just bring your own laundry detergent to wash the beach towels when you’re done as the cleaning service doesn’t handle those). We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect! We enjoyed bit of our stay! We enjoyed not having to drive around for food-especially with two toddlers in tow. The recommended beach spots were spot on! We didn’t fool with the tram since the public beaches were so close with easy parking.The only thing to note (and it’s not even that serious) is that it was so humid in the building, and I’m not sure if the ac in the room was broke or not but it barely cooled passed 77 degrees. We didn’t mind since we were barely in the room anyway, and we aren’t strangers to humidity/hot summer nights. I didn’t reach out to the host since it wasn’t that serious to us so it could just need some maintenance but again, not a big deal to us and after being in 98 degree temps, 77 felt like winter. Haha Again, we had a great time and loved this spot! The kids loved staying above a pizza and ice cream joint!

The location is great everything nearby however we did not sleep because the unit air conditioning is so loud and the mattress is old and every time I turned it makes noise and also the sofa bed is old and makes noise when my son turned too.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time! Bill, the owner, was extremely friendly and timely with his communication. We were in the perfect location and even though we were right outside of the courtyard, it was quiet inside. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easy to get to and from the beach. Can walk to Rosemary Beach neighborhood in 2 minutes, Alys Beach in 5. No issues finding parking.

Weekend Away

We had a lovely stay at this property. The amenities were great and everything was within walking distance. We utilized the pool, the beach equipment, and the tram. The beach was a short ride or walk away which made things very nice. Overall, would definitely recommend.

The greatest vacation

We had the most magical trip! Bill is a pleasure to work with. The place is spotless and well set up. The location can’t be beat - nightly concerts, many restaurants, great pool and hot tub behind the place, and beach is walkable. We can’t wait to return!

Great location

My wife and I went on a little baby moon there. It’s pretty centrally located with some good amenities. Lots of great food and shopping in walking or biking distance. The unit was nice and had all the beach equipment. It’s a great place towards the end of 30A.

PERFECT STAY!

My sisters and I took a long weekend trip to 30A and Bill & Carol’s property was just what we needed! The condo had everything we needed, and Bill was very quick to respond when we messaged him! 10/10 recommend!

Beach Perfection

The location is excellent. We came in October lid week so it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was accessible by a nice bike ride. The condo was so cute! A must do!
