La proéminence sur 30A veut être une partie importante de votre prochaine escapade de vacances! Prominence possède une grande piscine commune avec des fontaines cintrées, une entrée nulle pour les plus petits et des palmiers luxuriants pour une sensation tropicale. N'hésitez pas à préparer un délicieux repas dans la grande cuisine d'été au bord de la piscine après avoir transpiré dans le centre de remise en forme situé au bord de la piscine. Prominence se trouve à environ 800 mètres de la plage, ce qui signifie qu’elle se situe juste en dehors de la folie, tout en restant très proche de l’attraction principale de vos vacances. Cet endroit est parfait pour ceux qui cherchent à se détendre mais profiter pleinement de leurs vacances. Avec un très grand lit dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la pièce secondaire et un canapé-lit confortable, il y a de la place pour votre groupe!

Great stay overall. We really enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for everything we needed. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and the beach. The golf cart and community pool were nice added perks. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back. Perfect location in proximity to so much. We came in March when the weather can be hit or miss on how warm it is so we wanted to be close to things to do other than the beach and this definitely is. We spent most of our time at The Big Chill which was perfect for families (came with our toddlers). The golf cart was a nice touch and made it easy to get around. The only hiccups we had were the door code not working when we checked in but when I called management they answered right away (at 11pm) and quickly gave us a new code, and the Keurig stopped working but the next day someone dropped off a new one. Any questions I had the text responses were very prompt. Highly recommend for families!

We always stay in this community and absolutely love it. The condo was really clean and super cute. I was a little disappointed that it was pretty basic as far as having anything extra. There were no baggies, scissors, throw blankets, anything like that. The kitchen was fully stocked as far as tools you would need or pots/pans. The other ones we have stayed in had a few coffee pods to get you started before going to the store, some beach towels, a junk drawer with basic necessities, baggies etc. There was plenty of beach items in the garage which was nice. We loved the addition of the golf cart and 2 bikes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental unit was clean and spacious, and though the development was packed to the max, once inside our condo we did not hear the noise from outside. I would stay at this unit again if I were basing my decision on the quality of the unit. However, the Prominence development is crammed way too full with condos. Each building holds three units, and the adjacent structures are barely more than two arm lengths from each other. It creates crowded streets and a very crowded (though spacious and attractive!) neighborhood pool. Also, it’s a bit of a challenge to find beach access. We rode bikes to the nearest access point, but it was far enough away that walking to and from the beach wasn’t an appealing option in the summer heat. The shops across the street from Prominence were fun. I would recommend this particular unit because of how nice it was, but I would want the renter to be aware of the beach access and overcrowding issues at peak season within the development.

Great place - poor management/owners

The property itself was perfect - clean, great location, ideal for our family of 4. However, lots of little things added up to a headache. The code for the door did not work, a quick call and it was fixed. Not a big deal, but this was just the first of a lot of small issues. No code was left for the pool or the lock box that contained the key for the golf cart. Which meant more time out of our vacation to contact management. The main tv was not working upon arrival, which they quickly fixed but it meant another call to get it fixed. The dryer did not work, another call was placed and while we were there it was never fixed. The biggest headache of all was that the golf cart was not properly registered and we were “pulled over” by the HOA. We went back at forth with management over this issue which they blamed on the owners negligence. We specifically picked this property due to having a golf cart and we were unable to use it the entirety of our stay. We are still going back and forth trying to get compensation for the lack of this amenity. I would absolutely stay in this location/neighborhood again however with so much back and forth over what amounted to daily issues - skip this property and rent from someone else.

BUY TRIP COVERAGE IF YOU RENT HERE

If you plan to rent here...buy the trip insurance! On top of all the additional fees you better buy the insurance as well. We were scheduled to checkin 2 days prior to when Hurricane Helene hit the gulf. Surrounding areas were already being evaluated, watches and warnings were issued for the area, and the Governor had already issued a state of emergency. We reached out to the property owners the day of our checkin and requested a refund or date change, anything, for our trip and they said they were not offering any options for us at that time. They proceeded to tell us that the area was not expected to be impacted by the Hurricane...however the weather channel showed otherwise and Meteorologist's predictions can be wrong. The owners may be locals and used to storms, but we are not therefore for the safety and protection of our family and young children we felt it was best to not visit Florida during Hurricane Helene. We requested a refund or date change 2 more times from the property owner as the Hurricane approached the gulf and were declined options, therefore we lost our family vacation and the financial investment due to Hurricane Helene. This may be a great place to stay, I can't rate based on that, however it may be wise to buy that trip insurance because the property owners will NOT work with you.

I was a little concerned with the previous reviews about the golf cart and it having issues with other families and went back and forth on if I wanted to take that risk as my family really looks forward to the golf cart rides. Once we arrived, we noticed the golf cart didn't look as nice as a lot of the others in the community but decided to look past that and still enjoy it. The ride was less than enjoyable the steering is very difficult and unsteady ( I myself decided not to drive it because I saw how uncomfortable and uptight my husband and son were trying to navigate it, which is unfortunate) the cart would shake and sway and it just stopped working on us in the worst times, in traffic! We never received the charging cord, and we just decided it was in our best interest to just drive our SUV around. The washer machine started leaking. Everything else was fine we like the condo and the love the area.

The unit was very clean and the golf cart was a huge plus! We used that almost exclusively to get around the area. The only drawback of the location is getting to the beach. Very very limited access to public beach and only a handful of parking spots for thousands of people that don't stay in a beachfront unit. But the unit itself was so nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great pool and location

We loved the pool and location. Being across from the Big Choll was great having a toddler and multiple food options. The main tv remote did not work and we were not initally provided the instructions for the gold cart key ( although was fixed with a quick phone call). There was an issue with these small bugs that were constantly arounx no matter how clean we kept it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year coming down to 30A and staying st Prominence. We stayed in the same condo both times. The area is fantastic, clean and well located. The only downside of the property if you are not on the beach side but with the golf cart, it’s a short drive. We figured it’s worth it because our kids love the pool so much which is a big plus. The only issues we had this year were our condos dryer did not worth for the second year in a row. That’s a huge drawback as we pack for being able to do laundry. We had a service call both years and still nothing was fixed. Also the golf cart has a broken seatbelt and the turn signals so not work which isn’t safe.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would never stay at this house or use this company again. It began with road closures (that we were never informed of) we called the company, and they told us to use another beach access. That followed with a parking ticket. The dryer did not work, you can only park one vehicle in the driveway ( so you have to move your car every time you need to pull in your golf cart.The golf cart left us on the side of the road midweek with a flat tire and we had to walk back to our condo, with all our children in toe. They finally found a maintenance man to come look at the golf cart and he towed it back to our condo and placed it in the only parking spot on the driveway where we had no where to park our car. I called and they told me that they would send someone to move it and they never did. We had to speak to security at prominence, they found some nice neighbor who let us borrow a parking spot. The golf cart was never removed or repaired the rest of our stay. So we had to take our own car to the beach and risk being towed because we didn’t have the golf cart. The listing states that the pool is heated and it is NOT! It was freezing and my kids couldn’t even get in. I would definitely not recommend this stay to anyone.

The golf cart has some major issues. The times that we did decide to use it we got stuck... We could not put it in reverse or put it in drive... We just had to sit and wait for it to decide to start working. That was highly annoying because we picked this unit due to the fact it had a golf cart... We could only use once out of the five days because we got so frustrated and with a little baby didn’t want to be stuck out in the heat. Gnats were flying around the unit and ants on the table but someone did bring us ant traps.

Great location, quick access to the beach & pool. Very cute community as well. Overall great stay. There were a few things I wish were better: description of small appliances within the unit, only working coffee pot was kerig, reg coffee pot didn’t work. Minimal clean towels, paper towels & toilet paper supplied for a family of 5. No Kleenex suppled or basic cleaning supplies to wipe up messes. Even a decent broom would have been helpful. Only one stove burner worked, clothes dryer still had issues (which based off the reviews has been any issue since early spring.) If you do not intend to cook or spend much time in The unit, you’ll have no complaints:) But as a mom of 3, it’s the small things that matter! Or at least having an accurate description to plan ahead, is very helpful.

Enjoyable Family Vacation

Overall as a family, we enjoyed our stay! The area is lovely, and the condo is clean. It was lacking in some basic tools (no oven mitts, and only one burner on the stove adequately worked), but I chalked this up to basic wear and tear. Honestly, it's not something that would derail our vacation because we came to have fun. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. If you like your space-I would not encourage more than 4 people in the condo. While there is a pull out couch, I imagine it would be like Tetris to move the furniture to accommodate the pull out. I was nervous about the complaints regarding the dryer not working, and was relieved when it did work. However, I think the vents need to be cleaned as it took a while to dry clothing. We were very excited to use the golf cart. Unfortunately, it needs work.The tires are wearing, and the steering is not adequate to be used on 30A. Overall, we did not feel safe driving it on the road. I want to point out that these issues did not upset our stay. We were enjoying our vacay. What did upset our trip, is our interaction with My Vacation Haven.The keypad for the door stopped working one evening. What could have been a mild irritation (with an easy fix), turned into a total sh** show. 3 hours and a locksmith later, we had access at 11PM. Positive and professional communication is not hard. That is all we expected, and it was not given. I would not encourage you to rent this condo if My Vacation Haven is still managing it.

Nice community.

Very nice condo. It had everything we needed and extras. Loved that the bikes and chairs were included. Loved that you could walk to the pool! I do wish the beach were closer but a short golf cart ride and you were there. My only complaint was that the dryer did not work properly although I was told it’s brand new. I called and they did send someone out that day but it still was not drying properly. Overall we had a great time!
