The open layout is perfect for a beach getaway featuring gulf views in the living/dining room, master bedroom and breathtaking views on the private balcony. The gulf front master bedroom has plenty of space even with the KING size bed. Enjoy the convenience and solitude of an attached private bathroom with a walk in shower, separate large tub and walk in closet! The 2nd bedroom offers a QUEEN size bed, closet for storage and access to the 2nd bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a TWIN OVER FULL bunkbed. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with flat screen TV's. For the common space you have an open living/dining and kitchen. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook during your stay. The dining area has a dining table and bar seating for extra space. This condo does have a full size washer and dryer.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.
