Edgewater Windward Bldg, Panama City Beach

The condo was perfect, our view was beautiful, check-in was flawless. There were some building maintenance and remodeling on the unit below ours that was annoying at times but understand the need to keep everything updated. We were there during a motorcycle rally 1 weekend and a golf cart rental weekend which made 2 of the 3 weekends we were there almost unbearable due to the road noise when trying to fall asleep. Other than that we had a really great time.

Edgewater Condo's

The condo is beautiful! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were there at the end of bike week and the beginning of the Triathalon. They can be very noisy times in Panama City Beach. The one thing that stood out in my mind was it as so quiet in the condo the entire time we were there. Hope to go back next year and hope to stay in the same condo again. Thanks to the owners for providing such a special place for a vacation.

Over-all a nice place. The listing gave the impression that the large pool was closer to our building than it actually is. The unit needs a better equipped kitchen. No blanket for the pull out in the living room.

July 4th Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at Edgewater Beach Resort during the week of July 4th. Everything is as shown in pictures and as described. The floors were not clean. The carpet in the bedrooms were worn and dirty (with hair) and the tile was dirty too resulting in black on the bottom of our feet. We had a crawling baby so we were very aware of the lack of cleanliness. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the location and other amenities.

Great place to stay but bring everything.

Loved the condo, the view and the proximity to the beach! Just a few things to know: there are no hangers and bring your own dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, garbage bags and Kleenex. The host does not provide enough for your stay. But to be fair, they did give us more when we asked (pointedly). Also there was a bit of a musty smell and don’t count on the grill listed in the amenities. And there was a required damage insurance that cost $30 more than what we had purchased on our own and there is a fee for using your credit card to pay. Beyond that, would we stay here again? Yes. We loved the condo and the wonderful view and the beach. Just understand what to expect.

Hot Tub

Stay was nice however I was under the impression the hot tub was at my unit and it was at unit one and the Jets didn’t work well. It really was more like taking a hot bath.

won't stay here again

no A/C for first 2 days. repair tech said unit froze up.when he left carpet in second bedroom was flooded and starting to stink. mold and mill due growing in master shower. carpet in master spoted and dirty. bath tub had black soap scum in bottom.sleeper sofa was dirty inside.sliding patio door wouldn't stay closed nor could it be locked.tried to find property manager but never did talk with anyone.
