Friend Getaway

The condo was nicely decorated and updated. Perfect for 2 people. The complex was very busy the week we stayed. The pool area and beach area were packed each day. It was disappointing that the local authorities let people set up tents in front of rental chairs. Overall, the room was nice and the host promptly answered all of my questions. The property was just too crowded for me.

First time PCB

Liked that it is a secure condo with gated access to parking and to and from beach. Overall the building and grounds are very well maintained by friendly efficient staff. The unit is a great location on 2nd floor so easy to walk up, although elevators (4) are pretty efficient. Nice that the view is over a lawned area to Gulf of Mexico. The unit itself was very good with some improvements that can be made (the sofa is not a comfortable sleep and the shower curtain needs replacing). An indoor dining table would be good also (there is bar seating facing away from the gulf. We brought the outdoor table/chairs inside.

The condo was clean and perfect size for my family of 3. Perfect being on the second floor not having deal with the elevators. Biggest complaint is pool closed early. Ownership of the condo was great to work with.

Every was great with the exception of the kitchen faucet needed repair and there was a mix up of if they should enter the condo without my permission. And the leaking bathtub which we reported on our way out.

Vacation trip in 2024

Brad’s condo in Panama City Beach was beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. It is on the second floor overlooking the pool and beach and a nice patio to enjoy the view. We had issue with the microwave but he responded very quick and maintenance came and a new microwave was put in. It is definitely a 5 star. I will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Panama City!

Great room but issue afterwards

The room was great and perfect for us. The only problem we had was on the second to last day when the dishwasher was draining it drained back into sink. We also got an insurance claim on our email from the property protection company that we paid for that said the owner was filing a claim for the refrigerator, kitchen bowls, and sink pipes. We were completely shocked by the claim because we did not break anything in the condo especially an entire refrigerator. Also, we cannot help that the dishwasher drained into the garbage disposal sink. That seems to be a drainage issue.

Home sweet Condo

There were 6 of us who stayed for a week. Myself, my husband, and four boys. (18,17, 14, & 11). This was our first experience with renting a condo. We had a wonderful time and the condo exceeded all our expectations! Very clean, comfortable beds, well laid out, beautifully decorated, fully stocked of all necessities, great location! Everything to ensure our satisfaction was thought of! We will be back! Thank you for the memories.

Great Get Away Stay

It was my first time in Florida and this was the perfect place to book for my week long stay. The host was very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. It was on the second floor which made it very easy to go back and forth to the beach or if we needed to leave with kids. The condo was really well decorated and maintained to make us feel right at home. I will definitely be looking forward to booking my next stay in Panama City with them again.

Floor was very Sandy. Coffee filter area was not clean. No bath rug tv connection was extremely poor. Had to reboot it everyday. No mop I would suggest something like a wet swifter to do floors. For staying 4 weeks we only had a broom and vacuum t use. Only frypan was broken. We just made do. Manager said my concerns were taken care of. Re frypan and bath rug. Sliding door worked poorly management came and looked at it same day. They were very responsibe

Great stay at the summit

We had a great stay. Spent at least 4-5 vacations here in the 80’s and couple of times in the 90’s. Really please with how clean the pool area was. Condo was very clean and up to date. My family enjoyed all of it. 2nd floor was great.

Great condo, clean, beautiful view, up to date

We loved this condo. It had a beautiful view of the coast and palm trees, rather than the busy pool. The second floor allowed us to avoid the extremely slow and over crowded elevators. The condo has been renovated and is very clean, as well as, comfortable. It was well equipped with most essentials. I would suggest bringing a skillet or two for bacon and eggs, as their only skillet was very worn. We had no extra garbage bags but they did give us plenty of coffee pods and cleaning supplies. The door to the balcony is very hard to open/close. We chose not to use the washer as it has an extremely foul odor. Overall, absolutely great condo and experience. We will for sure come back.

Great area!

Only complaint is all the palm trees blocking the view of the ocean. The accommodation was 10/10 though.
