Le balcon est un espace de vie extérieur séparé avec une table et des chaises confortables et rembourrées en polywood, des chaises longues et de beaux tapis d'extérieur. Profitez de siestes sans stress sur les chaises longues de luxe et dormez au son des vagues.

Ce magnifique condo comprend la cuisine la plus agréable et la plus complÚte que vous trouverez chez Tropic Winds! Un remodelage de la cuisine comprend des comptoirs en quartz à soulagement bleu Luxe haut de gamme, de magnifiques entourages en pierre, un dosseret en carreaux de verre, un évier de ferme en acier inoxydable et toutes les nouvelles armoires enveloppantes avec tiroirs et portes à fermeture automatique. Les appareils en acier inoxydable améliorés comprennent un four double!, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et réfrigérateur cÎte à cÎte avec distributeur pratique de glace et d'eau filtrée dans la porte. Cette cuisine inspirée du chef comprend également tous les petits appareils électroménagers dont vous auriez besoin, tous fabriqués par Kitchen-Aid, y compris le mélangeur, le robot culinaire, le batteur sur socle, etc. Les amateurs de café apprécieront leur choix de la cafetiÚre rapide Keurig ou de la cafetiÚre moulue Kitchen-Aid ordinaire! Le beau salon comprend un canapé et des chaises en cuir, un téléviseur HD mural de 55 pouces, un accÚs au balcon et une vue inspirante sur la plage / le golfe. Un secrétaire séparé et une chaise sont fournis pour votre ordinateur ou votre espace de travail. Les chambres comprennent également des prises de recharge pour vos appareils électroniques.

The only hiccup we had was the unit was probably not rented prior to our visit so the ice maker was turned off, and some electronics in the unit were unplugged and not working, but Riley was our contact and worked with us to fix the problems. Practically Perfect in Every Way

This was the loveliest condo we’ve stayed in. It was decorated so nicely, comfy beds, amazing balcony, well-stocked kitchen. The owner included so many thoughtful touches and was fantastic to communicate with. The beach access was convenient, and the views were amazing. If you’re looking to stay on the quieter end of PCB and have a great get-away, I think you’ll love it here! We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo on Florida beach

We had a great stay, in spite of the terribly hot weather and thunderstorms which lasted all of one night and half of the other.The unit we stayed in was immaculate and well stocked with a wide variety of essentials. The only problem was a toaster which became inoperable on our last morning.My one complaint concerned the swimming pool and its location. The pool water looked filthy on one of the two days I inspected it, and the area around the pool was in disrepair and in need of a paint job, new fencing, and a thorough cleansing.

Fabulous!

Furniture, finishes, appliances and mattresses were all of great quality, functionality and comfort. The balcony size, furniture and view were fantastic. Everything was cleaned well and the unit smelled freshly cleaned upon our arrival. I travel to the beach a few times a year and have rented a lot of condos over the years - and this one was one of the best! And the property management with Greta/Riley was 5 stars. They extended my stay at short notice and allowed me a late check out! No complaints from me at all. I had a really great experience. Would rent again.

The decor was lovely. I really felt like I was on vacation. The most accommodating part was the walk in shower for our elderly parents to use who joined us. The beach chairs and beach wagon was an added bonus. The entire condo was clean. I have no complaints and as soon was my favorite beach season opens for booking. I would love to book this condo again!

Thanksgiving 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family spent 5 days over our Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful condo. Overall our experience was great. The kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare our big Thanksgiving dinner, there was even a Kitchen-Aid stand mixer with attachments on the counter and ready for use 😃. The stove has a double oven so we were thankful our turkey was not any larger as it would not have fit, but I realize most people don’t come to the beach to cook a 20 lb turkey, lol. The unit is beautifully decorated and the beds were all comfortable, the balcony has plenty of seating with space to move around each other. Make sure you take your own toilet paper if you are there more than a couple of days with multiple people. The only tp in the unit was what was on the holder when we arrived. We did discover this prior to it being an issue so no real problem, just a psa if you will. Beach towels and chairs are available along with a very nice washer and dryer. Our only complaint was that we were locked out of the unit 30-40 minutes before checkout at 10. So if you are running close on time (I don’t think 30 minutes before checkout is close but...)for checkout make sure someone stays in the room so you can get back in to get your bags. Overall our experience was really good and we will be booking thru Greta’s Beach Rentals again.

Easy access to parked vehicles, beach and pool. The extra touches were beautiful and the kitchen appliances were great. We are sad that it took us 25 years to find this beautiful Gem!!! Best vacation ever🥰
