​HOUSE RULES & FEES (Please Read Before Booking)
​Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to book and check in. Valid ID required.
​Resort Fee: A $35 registration fee per vehicle is paid directly to the resort front desk upon arrival. This covers your parking pass and resort armbands for the entire stay (armbands required for ages 12+). Limit 1 vehicle during peak/holiday dates.
​Occupancy: Maximum 5 guests (including children/infants) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Over-occupancy violates local law and results in immediate eviction.
​Discounts: Our absolute best rates are built right into the calendar. Discounts apply automatically for stays of 7+ nights; we cannot accommodate discount requests for shorter stays.
​Standard Policies: Strict No Smoking inside the condo, No Pets, and No Parties policy.
​Note: Specific resort amenities are subject to seasonal schedules or temporary maintenance beyond the owner's control. Florida features native outdoor wildlife and insects; please keep balcony and front doors closed to prevent pests.
