When you stay in this comfortable condo, you're just steps away from Panama City Beach's sugar-white sands and warm turquoise waters (there is even beach chairs for your use!). With dozens of offshore reefs, this area is a paradise for scuba divers and fishermen alike! Panama City Beach is also home to two state parks (St. Andrews and Camp Helen) that offer miles of hiking trails and plenty of wildlife-spotting opportunities, while Pier Park is the main shopping hub and a venue for waterfront restaurants that serve up fresh local seafood and legendary attractions, including Gulf World Marine Park and WonderWorks.

Twin Palms 1703 has everything a couple or small family needs to make the most of their beachfront vacation, with comfortable furniture (including a queen sleeper sofa and twin-size hallway bunk beds so you can sleep six comfortably), a large, flat-screen cable TV (plus a second TV in the master bedroom), washer and dryer, and plenty of fresh towels and linens. Location great but microwave did not work, no remote for living room ceiling fan, no hot water from master bathroom sink facet, master bedroom mattress nor comfortable and master bathroom tub extremely slippery causing me to fall hard.

Opened door 8:20 pm closing door couldn’t close at least 1/4 opening from the door jab

 called management said can’t do anything til tomorrow not known what time
master was nice, bunk beds nice, opened sofa bed couldn’t open, frame stayed in upright position wouldn’t lower
 turned on TV, remotes where tacky and sticky
 my wife and 4 kids went to sleep got in at 8:20pm from 15 hr trip.. I stayed up protecting my family with my protection making sure no one just walks in our room while they sleep
to test our safety.. I went outside our room with the 1/4 opening and slide my credit card and opened our door with no code #
 very Concerned
 once door was fixed 24 hrs later and an air mattress was given, the sofa bed frame was replaced 6 days later
other then that place was nice

Clean and efficient. Not much room for staple foods and the couch was not comfortable to sit on but I would stay there again.

In horrible condition

First of all this unit needs a deep cleaning, they charge so much for cleaning but everything is sticky and dirty, so much sand everywhere. The front door needs to be fixed or replaced it’s barely locks. The dryer is broken we had to dry our clothes on the balcony. The stove top is crooked and one of the back spiral didn’t work. The microwave door is really rusty. The ceiling in hallway had a whole and dust was falling out of it. The bedroom was so dark had only one lamp working but after a call someone came and fixed it. We saw a cockroach on the wall. At this moment I don’t recommend this unit, until all those things get fixed.

Great family vacation!

Our small family of 4 (two adults, a 9 year old and a 3 year old) enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our boys loved sleeping on the bunk beds and waking up every morning to have breakfast on the very spacious private balcony that had a table with 4 chairs plus two lounge chairs. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook dinner if you needed to. The beach was quite crowded on either side of the resort but we were very happy that in front of the resort it was not that way. After speaking with other guest who vacation there every year they explained that’s why they vacation to Twin Palms because you can look to your left and to your right and see many people but there’s never crowds of people on the beach in front of the resort. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and look forward to many more years at Twin Palms.

It’s ok..

Cons: the dryer was loud and took forever to dry the clothes. The manager stated it was fixed. The sliding glass door to the patio was broken. I have two small children. I was afraid the whole trip. They would open it in the night and fall out. I contacted the manager and he did not respond back to my text. There was a hole in the hallway ceiling. There was mildew on the tub. The second bathroom tub drain slowly so no one can take a shower in it. Everyone had to use the master shower. The mattress in the master was firm and hard. There was a stain on one of the sheets. The master was by the elevator, and there was no curtains. It was dimly lit throughout the whole Tondo with lightbulbs missing. The walkway to the pool in the ocean was through the parking garage. I was afraid that the children would run in front of the cars. It seem very dangerous. The front door look like it had been broken into. I also didn’t like that the host sent an email stating if I gave him a five star review, he would give me a 15% discount on the next day. Pros: close to the beach and close to the pool. Pretty clean. Easy access to the room from the elevator. Didn’t have to wait too long on the elevators. I liked that it had codes to the beach and to the pool. Easy parking.

Management sucks

Room was dirty, air conditioner was not working called customer service, went three days without air room was 80plus Aeschylus day, 4th day they replaced with new air conditioner. Management has not responded with any of my emails. I will never stay there again and I also am leaving a nasty comment on their website. I wouldn’t even support them by listing the property.

We have been coming to PCB for over 15 years we have stayed a lot of places. But we live twin palms.

Our condo was nice . Wasn’t to comfortable with the front door it locked but looks very easy to get into . But other than that very pleased . Big balcony loved it

Where do I start. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and the vanity in the bathroom and kitchen cupboards looked fairly new. When we got there the deck had not been cleaned in weeks. There was bird poop covering almost all of the back of one of the chaise lounges, and poop all over the floor by it and behind it also a pile of it behind the table..It looked like someone stepped on the stove top, there was a sway in the middle, when you opened the microwave there was rust all along the bottom of the window, and the vent above the microwave door was missing. There was no potholders there was a broken can opener, only 2 teaspoons no paring knife , blades for a hand held mixer but no mixer., no containers for leftovers no pitcher. They put a sidebyside frig in there, next to a wall so you could not fully open the door for the freezer. You could barely get your arm in there to put things in there., The only bright spot was the Mangement when called came within an hour to help with the problems I give them a ten. Also they had no extra room to meet anybody staying there. We talked to others at a few places and they all had get togethers.and played Bingo , had potluck and even trivia games. I would come back to PBC. but not stay at Twin Palms. Also the washer worked, but dryer took forever to get the clothes dry, plus it made so much noise you could hardly stand to listen to it. The rug in the bedroom is old and dirty with stains. I took pictures of all the problems.

Twins Palms Condo 1703

I gave this stay 5 stars because I really like this property in general. Covered parking onsite, easy access to pool and beach, nice pools and lounge chairs with umbrellas, excellent location, and large balconies. The condo itself is nicely decorated, but needs some additional pots and pans, new sofas (or re-stuffed cushions), you can’t access streaming options on the tv in bedroom, and the dryer was broken. Just a few minor improvements and this condo would be my favorite place to stay.
