Welcome to "Palms and Pines!" You and your family are sure to enjoy the porches galore found in this home! Situated in the perfect location, walkable to the shops and restaurants of both Alys and Rosemary Beach, this beautiful large family friendly beach home sits nestled in the heart of beautiful Seacrest Beach North! While staying at Palms and Pines you are only minutes from the resort style community pool, walking distance to both the shops and restaurants of the Seacrest Beach North Town Center, and only several hundred yards from the Gulf of Mexico, just on the North side of 30A. The community of Seacrest sits just between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.



As you walk up to the home the first thing to catch your eye will be the large wrap around front porch with seating to enjoy the gorgeous weather! Walking in the front door, you are greeted by an open concept kitchen/family room with plenty of seating for everyone in the group to enjoy! There are 10 seats at the large kitchen table, 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter, the family room has seating galore, and a queen sized sleeper sofa should you need an extra sleeping arrangement! Also located on the first floor are 2 guest bedrooms one queen and one king, both with access to yet another porch off the back of the home which is completely screened in! The bedrooms on the first floor are accompanied by a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a 1/2 bathroom for your convenience. These first floor bedrooms/baths, are perfect for the members in your party who don't love using the stairs!



As you make your way up to the second level of the home, you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first room you will see is the bunk room, boasting space to sleep up to 6 kids! There are 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds in this room, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Also on this level you will find the expansive Master Suite! This lovely large Master Suite comes complete with a King bed, a large jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and, as if that wasn't enough...there is also access to a small private balcony! You will also find the home's laundry room on this level.



On the 3rd floor of the home you will find a 2nd living area! Complete with a wet bar, mini fridge, a twin daybed with a trundle and a flat screen TV! You will also find yet another outdoor living area on this level...a large covered patio with table and chairs, as well as a few loungers for soaking up those rays!!



One trip to this wonderful family beach home, and you will know you've found your annual family vacation destination for years to come!!



Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rental, back pack beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!

Palms and Pines was such a perfect home for our 2-family vacation. Lots of spaces to relax and hang-out together...and alone. The kids loved the hammock and someone was always out there either reading a book, napping or just relaxing. The living room was so inviting and just begged us all to gather together there and enjoy each other's company. Bedrooms were plentiful and the porch areas were great. We had a wonderful time and will certainly be looking to stay at Palms and Pines again in the future!

We had a great time, this house was perfect for two families with kids plus a set of grandparents. The tram was convenient but we also sometimes walked to the beach. The pool is close by. Easy bike riding to Rosemary and Alys Beach. Clean and convenient!

New Years Trip with Family Friends

We love staying at Palms & Pines! It has the been the perfect spot for our 2 families the last 2 years. Our children have plenty of room to hang out and play. They love that they can ride their bikes around the neighborhood and the adults appreciate that it’s safe to do so. It’s a close walk to the beach with lots of cute shops and restaurants. The house is clean and the owners are so nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Home and Location

We had 8 adults and 6 children all under the age of 6 and this home was perfect. We could walk or take the tram to the beach, a very short walk to the amazing pool, a very short walk or tram ride to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. This was our first trip to Seacrest beach and this home couldn't have been more perfect. It slept all of us nicely, had plenty of balcony space and seating, the kitchen was very well stocked, everything worked perfectly. The property manager was extremely nice and texted us earlier than our check-in time and allowed us an early check-in due to the home being ready. We will definitely be back!

Palms, Pines and Fireworks

We had a fantastic 4th of July week staying at Palms and Pines! My husband and I brought our two teenage daughters and both brought a friend. There was ample space for 6 adults with room to spare. The different areas of space made it easy to be together or have quiet time away from each other. It was conveniently located by a tram stop that took us the beach each day. The kids rode their bikes to the beach as it was close enough if you weren’t taking a lot to the beach. We enjoyed being so close to both Rosemary and Alys so we had lots of choices of things to do, shopping options and restaurants. We will definitely return!

We loved Palms and Pines

This house was amazing, even better in person! We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers and it felt spacious and all accommodations were very comfortable. Our favorite spot was the top floor covered patio, which was great for hanging out, we watched a thunderstorm from there too! The management company was very responsive with any questions we had. The location is close enough to the beach that walking was not a problem, even though there are trams to take you. If you rent bicycles you can explore the neighborhood and nearby Rosemary and Alys beach. I would recommend reserving beach chair service very early if possible. We loved this house and would definitely rent again!

PERFECT vacation spot!

We've stayed in a ton of VRBOs over the years, and I have to say this is one of the very best we've ever rented. The kitchen was perfectly stocked (we were feeding a party of 8 and had plenty of things we needed). There were lots of board games and small conveniences some rentals leave out, like scissors and throw blankets. We used every single outdoor space they have (there are lots!)--they are beautiful and perfect for gathering. The tram is a very short walk, and the pool is too. We loved everything about this spot, and the only thing that could've made it better is if we'd stayed another week. ;)

Have been coming down to RB area for 12 years and always enjoy it This home was fine for our needs and everything went smoothly Very minor issues where that the grill didn’t heat up properly to grill out (burners clogged?) And lightbulbs in front porch all burned out We were told they would fixed “tomorrow” but that never happened As I said, minor issues and didn’t detract from our holiday and would rent the property again!

Palms and Pines--my happy place!

Palms and Pines is my happy place! I absolutely love everything about this house. We had the best time spending a week here. We stay at this house every summer as tradition, and it is my favorite week of the year. We loved exploring the neighborhood by bike, eating out at some truly incredible restaurants nearby, and spending long days at the beach. The house is the perfect home base for the whole family with plenty of space for everyone. My husband was able to work remotely and he enjoyed the upstairs area for quiet and the third level patio for work with a view! I loved the board games at the house and lingering around the large dining table for coffee and breakfast. The neighborhood pool was also a hit and we enjoyed getting ice cream and drinks at the circle with live music, all within walking distance from the house. Thank you Palms and Pines for the most incredible week! We will certainly be back!

Loved the look and feel of this house. Loved the I tisl set up left by the housekeeping service. Helped those first few days. Checkin was easy and all the communication before hand was so good that I never had to reach out to management. We never used the tram even though you are across the street from the stop. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to Starbucks… the pool was amazing!!!!! I think that was less than 5 minutes as well. Very low traffic road so it was always quite when we were on the porches. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to friends. Also for newborn mamas, the master closet fits a pack n play perfectly with a door closed so that was our baby’s room.

Fabulous in February

We absolutely loved our stay at Palms and Pines! The home was clean, well cared for, spacious, and comfortable. It’s centrally located to easily walk to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. And the beach itself was amazing. Soft white sand with views of both sunrise and sunset. Plenty of bike paths for those who want to explore that way and multiple towns and state parks along 30A to explore too. We purposely went earlier in the season (mid to late February) to enjoy the mild temps and avoid potential crowds from spring vacations. It was the perfect time. We rented a car for the week but realize that we could have taken a lift and have plenty to explore without one. The neighborhood was quiet so you could find a cozy nook of the house to take a nap or read a book in during the day and get a quiet night’s sleep in the comfy beds as well. We felt surrounded by nature with the back of the house facing a preserve and trees all around. Some of my favorite things to do was walk the quiet beach in the morning and watch the stars from the house’s 3rd floor patio at night. We can’t wait to return!

Property listing did not indicate bathroom location to bedrooms but I should have asked for more information. Listing/pictures for unit did not indicate bathroom location to floor level and individual rooms. The refrigerator freezer was not freezing properly and we lost 2 unopened gallons of ice cream. They do warn about not putting too much in refrigerator as it takes time to cool but this was the freezer. The kitchen dish towels needed a good washing with bleach.

Sufficient Family Vacation

The house was perfectly clean, and had plenty of space for two families. Check in was flawless, and the community felt very safe. It does seem like the house hasn't been updated in quite a while though (bathrooms and appliances left a bit to be desired although it all worked). Be forewarned that there is little in the way of household items provided (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, bathroom toiletries) so you'll have to stock up on that yourself. Biggest issue is the location though. There is technically a space to set up your own beach chairs at the spot the tram takes you to, but it was shoulder to shoulder and crammed in like sardines while you stare at wide open "private" beach right next to you. If you don't rent a chair/umbrella set up it's just not enjoyable and even then I would hardly call it relaxing. Maybe it was just a spring break thing, but the pool was also beyond packed and somehow not heated at all so too cold for most to enjoy in early April. Traffic in this area is also chaos. You can get to 30A no problem, but then good luck going east or west if you're planning to get anywhere. Maybe some folks love crowds (mostly teens) everywhere, but it wasn't for us. Again, this was during Atlanta spring break so maybe not a fair assessment, but this was our experience.

We will not return during spring break!

Although the house was perfect for our stay, the craziness of spring break out a damper on it. Under no fault of the rental owner we were in between two house of unsupervised teenagers who were partying all night in our yard and leaving trash and bikes everywhere. During our stay we had a teenager break into the house and passed out on our couch with blood all over his legs. He got blood on the white couch and the outdoor furniture pads. The situation was taken care of by the local sheriffs office and the rental company of the houses next to us. The rental company for this home did not return my calls and when I finally got ahold of someone (3 days later), they had no idea of what had happened and informed me that I would now have a great vacation story to tell. I would never rent from this company again, they didn’t have any concern about the situation. We had 3 young girls in the house with us and things could have turned out much worse. The owner did cooperate immediately with the sheriffs department.
