Welcome to Nirvana. This secluded, beautifully decorated home is located directly on the beach w/endless ocean views. At night, gaze at the brilliant stars & fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. You will see beautiful, untouched wildlife & nature throughout your stay. This home is a fisherman’s dream and truly Nirvana.

Exterior :
This home has a wrap around deck with ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen & second bedroom.

Enjoy grilling your catch on the BBQ grill & dining on the deck overlooking the ocean. We provide propane for the BBQ grill.

Toast marshmallows in the fire pit on the beach. We provide wood for the fire pit.

There is plenty of parking under the home or in the large driveway.

Use the convenient outdoor shower right off the beach to wash off your sandy toes.

Filet & wash your catch on the fish table.

Interior:
Cold central AC & ceiling fans in every room.

Master bedroom has a private full bathroom with a large shower, smart TV & king size bed. There are sliding glass doors to the deck with ocean views.

Second bedroom has a queen size bed & smart TV. There are sliding glass doors to the deck with ocean views.

Third bedroom has a queen bed with a full size trundle. A folding high chair & portable playpen/crib are in the closet.

Living room has a comfortable sofa & love seat with a large smart TV. There is a wall of sliding glass doors to the deck with ocean views. We provide fun family games, books for reading, binoculars for viewing the sea life & flashlights for exploring the beach at night.

Laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board & first aid kit.

Kitchen has modern appliances and is well stocked for cooking & serving meals. We provide a spice rack, coffee, tea & sugar.

House is beautifully decorated, very clean, great property and location. Charming and helpful host. Owner has thought of everything! You only need food, clothes and a toothbrush. Fully stocked kitchen everything you need to cook and eat with. The same with the bathrooms, It really is a home away from home. Their are even beach towels for you to use! We had a great time surf fishing pretty much had the beach all to ourselves. I can't say enough about the place, there is plenty of stuff for the kids to play with and occupy their time and the big adult kid's too.A wonderful place for a couple or a family. Especially if you want to get away from the crowds. It's not as isolated as it once was, a major grocery store and restaurant's are only 10-15 minutes away! Bald Point State Park is at the end of the street. updated gorgeous clean park with plenty of parking, picnic tables and trails to the bay and the gulf.Recommend Angelo's restaurant, very good food and Crum's mini mall for all your fishing needs, souvenirs and necessities. This really is a great beach house! If this sounds like a place for you don't hesitate to book we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I cannot say enough about this beach house! The house was clean and exactly as advertised. We all enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, golf cart, and sauna! Our favorite part included watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony. Overall, best beach VRBO I have stayed at for sure! We cannot wait to stay again!

5-stars - no question. We have stayed at multiple vacation rentals along the Gulf Coast and this is by far the best. Extremely clean, great house setup, modern (and plentiful) amenities. Host was excellent with communication. Book with confidence - we will most likely be back.

Nirvana - lives up to its name

It was exactly as pictured in the listing! We truly needed nothing but our clothes & toiletries. Everything we could have needed was provided! Beautiful home & perfect location for walking the beach & collecting shells. Quiet & even had a sweet little dog keep us company from time to time. Such a a relaxing time. Great seafood restaurants within 30-45 minutes. Could not have asked for a better get-away. We'll definitely be back!

Family get away Sunday to Sunday

We wanted to try something different this year than the usual tourist spots at the beech. We all loved the house! With 4 teenagers they took advantage of all the toys; paddle boards, kayaks, bikes. They caught crabs in the cages provided & enjoyed the fire pit several nights. My 6 year old grandson loved the sand toys provided. We all loved hanging out on the balcony & underneath to stay cool. There was everything you needed to cook & we had lots of room to spread out. We did see dolphins. The views were beautiful. We loved having our very own private beech. The area is very isolated & the grocery is some distance away. Most of the restaurants were closed from Sunday until Wednesday. No one missed tourist traps of miniature golf, etc. We did miss cleaning up & going out for a nice meal in the evening. Overall we loved our stay.

Fabulous location on the Gulf. The Beach House is amazing, with all the amenities needed for a very relaxing and comfortable getaway. Homeowners are very responsive to questions. This beachside retreat offers such a great opportunity to enjoy time at the beach.

Nothing short of bliss!

4 Adults and an almost 3 year old and 6 month year old enjoyed the fantastic location, clean, well stocked, and extremely accessible management. Very private area. Fully stocked shed full of toys, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, lots of accessible hoses to spray off toys and feet. We enjoyed many nights under the stars and use of the fire pit. Nice new Weber grill on the top deck with large table we shared many of evenings meals. Kitchen was fully stocked and even a nice bottle of Pinot Grigio (my favorite) to welcome us. Would definitely recommend this place again and hopes to return again next fall. We also really enjoyed the new golf cart use and took it out on rides a lot to the state park just down the road for morning beach walks and animal sightings. 25-30 min to nearest grocery store store.

Fall Break Getaway

We had a wonderful week here! The house was beautiful and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were great! Our favorite part of this house, though, were all the outside amenities! We spent hours paddle boarding, kayaking, building sandcastles and playing corn hole. Not to mention go cart rides down to the state park! They provided everything- beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels
 anything we wanted. This was a big selling point for us and it did not disappoint!! Heather was wonderful to work with. She communicated everything and was very helpful when we needed her. Looking forward to a return trip soon!

So close to the ocean

We have never stayed so close to the ocean before
it was literally 1 sand dune away from the carport. The most relaxing vacation we have had. All amenities included as stated on listing. Just bring your swimsuit & sunscreen! Stop by Publix or Winn Dixie to stock up before you arrive, as it is a 30-45min drive one way. If you need to be entertained then this isn’t the place for you, plenty of sporting equipment to entertain yourselves.

This home truly is Nirvana

This is the nicest home we have stayed in in the Alligator Point area. It is absolutely a peaceful area that doesn’t have any of the hustle and bustle of areas like Panama City beach. If you are looking forward to disconnecting, this is it. If you are looking for all the arcades, mini golf, stores and restaurants all around you, this isn’t it. You have the beach to yourself, the fishing/crabbing are excellent and the wildlife watching is unreal. Every day, we enjoyed watching the dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, sand pipers, crabs and even a bald eagle!!! The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds felt nice after a long day outside. The kitchen is well appointed with the necessities. The decor is beautiful! You can tell the owners take pride in it and care about their guests. Very impressive. The amenities can’t be beat. My husband enjoyed the kayaks so much!!! My parents came with us and enjoyed watching the ocean from the deck that overlooks the water. Communication with Heather was excellent and very much appreciated!!

Relaxation Point Was Wonderful

Wonderful home with excellent amenities! From kitchen to bed, deck to beach, everything was just as described. Would recommend it for being secluded and peaceful. We had everything we needed to cook and all the way down to sitting on the beach. Literally just pack your clothes and toiletries and enjoy. Drive back to the grocery store was easy and not too far. We only had one drawback and it's nothing the owner can control, the ocean water. During the hot summer it does get tea colored, and a lot of sediment comes to the shore. Beach was clean and enjoyable, but the water was black at times and uninviting even to our 4-year-old. We blew up his pool and enjoyed it beachside or under the house. If you have never been to this part of Florida, you should give it a chance and check it out.
