4 Bedroom house with a heated pool on a public golf course

Welcome to "Palm Breeze" your vacation getaway in a beautiful golf course community located just off I-75 for easy travel to any where in SW Florida. As you first enter the front door you will notice the open floor concept with high ceilings and a view of the Lanai and pool area, along with the public golf course.
This home is a 4 bedroom 2 full baths and a half bath which happens to be on the lanai, how nice is that for those wet feet and wet suits. You can relax around the pool in the chaise loungers with the view of the 15th fairway and the pond or sit at the table with your favorite beverage watching the outdoor TV.
The master suite has a king bed with a walk in closet that has plenty of storage for your things. There is a 54 inch Tv on the wall. The master bath has double vanities a soaker tub and a large walk in shower.
Bedrooms 2,3 & 4 are located off of the main living area. Each room is furnished with upscale furniture and all necessities to make for a great stay. Bedroom 2 has a single bed a mini crib with an office area and closet, the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed full closet. While bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds including a full closet.
The secondary bathroom has a tub and shower with double vanity. The laundry room is located in this area also.
The kitchen is large with stainless Steele appliances granite counters and a bar with bar stools. There is a dinning area off of kitchen. You will find all the necessities that you would need to cook in or grill out.
This neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes with side walks through-out.
You are close to the Ellenton outlet mall, with lots of restaurant's and bars. The great beaches of Anna Marie Island, Siesta Key, St Pete Clearwater makes it an easy choice to pick a different beach to visit every day.

Long weekend to attend a wedding

We had an absolutely great stay! We were in town for a wedding and the house was very convenient to the venue. We were also able to golf, enjoy the pool, shop at the outlets, and eat some great seafood along the river! The hostess is very quick to respond and friendly. The home is tastefully decorated in coastal decor and has a great open floor plan. The house was immaculate and well stocked for a rental. I imagine it is easy to stay for much longer than a weekend stay here! Although it is very close to the interstate, the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Publix is about a half mile away. I would stay here again- the positive reviews are accurate!

Great stay

The house was clean, in good condition and perfect for our family vacation. The pool was nice to have available, and heated. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked for cooking meals. Clean linens and towels were provided as well as beach towels and chairs. The neighborhood was nice and safe. The setting on the golf course was perfect and peaceful.

Perfect Holiday

We really enjoyed our time at this home. Very modern with excellent appliances, plush linens, and a warm inviting pool with a view. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and had good weather so we could swim and lay out on the private patio. We would definitely stay here again. Very nice Publix grocery store and other stores, just 1 mile away.

Always a pleasant stay here

This is the third year we have rented this property. It is always a pleasure, the house is well designed roomy with plenty of open areas. The pool is heated and a nice touch to an awesome back pool area with grill and lounge areas. Excellent communication from the owners at all times very responsive.

Awesome property and location

We had a great weekend at this lovely property. The back lanai was a great place for late afternoon drinks, crackers and cheese and card games. The living room was comfortable and relaxing and the kitchen was great. Plenty of space for a group and someone to find quiet space. The bedrooms were great and the master bedroom, bath, and walk-in closet were amazing. Location was great as we were traveling between Tampa and Bradenton each day, so easy access to 75 was great. The nearby Publix Groceries was great and Jet Pizza in the same plaza was good pizza.. It was a great property as advertised! Will stay there again if we return for the same event next year!

Wonderful Weekend

The house was well maintained and beautiful. The area had both groceries and restaurants in close proximity. The neighborhood was quiet, and the pool looks out onto the golf course. The only small complaint is the list of guest expectations were near the back of the house. We would have liked to see them right away or maybe on the kitchen island where it would be more noticeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, and would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The house was really nice in a good location , unfortunately the A/C went out, and the part wouldn't arrive until after we were gone. So Debi fully refunded us our money. I would rent again as her response was awesome and this could have happened to any home owner.

Great place to stay!

We were very impressed with this location, the house was very clean and offered anything you could need. The pool is wonderful and kept very clean. The owner was very responsive and was able to accomodate one of our special requests with no issue. Lastly, it is fun being on the fairway of the golf course. Beaches were appx 40 mins away, I would definitely stay here again!

Cleanest rental I’ve ever seen!

My family of 6 used to live in the Parrish area and returned for a vacation to see old friends. This house was perfectly located and was SO CLEAN! Even the grout in the shower was bright white! As much traffic as rentals get incouldnt believe what excellent condition this home is in. The pool was perfect and all of the appliances were very current and tech savvy. Even after returning home a week ago my kids are begging to go back to “the Florida house”. We will def stay here again!
