It’s close to downtown Palm Springs, with its hot springs, stylish restaurants, golf courses, and spas, while maintaining a secluded, special vibe. You could simply wander out your back door and into the hills for a relaxing hike, or just listen to the desert songbirds from the comfort of a lounge chair as you soak up the sun by the pool.

This gorgeous Tuscan home will offer you the full Palm Springs experience! Its location close to downtown means easy access to beautiful hot springs, stylish restaurants, world-class golf courses, and bustling casinos. Alternatively, you could spend an afternoon taking the Tram up Mt. San Jacinto to hike and witness gorgeous views of the Coachella Valley. If relaxation is the ticket, spend a day at the secluded villa, soaking up the desert sun by the pool!

When the gate opens and you drive into the courtyard you’re met with a jaw-dropping sight. Palm trees, tall hedges, and spectacular outdoor living space to die for coming into view, highlighted by the sparkle of a saltwater pool and spa. Enter through the foyer or poolside French doors and marvel at the open concept floor plan, including a kitchen, dining area, and great room with a newly remodeled tile fireplace. There are two additional entertainment areas, complete with a theater room with luxurious seating and a game room with ping pong, foosball, and a TV, in addition to the four bedrooms. This all translates to ample space for entertaining and making memories; no matter what type of trip you’re hoping to have, Villa Toscana will be a place you’ll want to return to.

- We offer discounts for reservations of 30+ day stays.
- Guest occupancy: 10 overnight guests Plus 2 children. Max Daytime occupancy: 12
- Amplified music is not allowed outside. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from the inside of the home).
- Pool heat is $150/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.
- Smoking: No smoking permitted inside and outside. There will be a fine of $500 if smoking occurs; this includes smoking from cigarettes, cigars, (both tobacco and marijuana).
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
