This secluded, completely gated luxury estate is less than 10 minutes from the vibrant heart of Downtown Palm Springs and lies between the famous Indian Canyons hiking trails and the nationally ranked Indian Canyons Golf Course.

The Pond Estate is a testament to grand living. The Hacienda is the property’s main house and it was just renovated and redesigned by Lala Reimagined whose work on the owner’s Malibu home was featured recently in Architectural Digest. It spans over 12,700 square feet and boasts five bedrooms (three of which are suites), with the master suite offering direct access to the home gym and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring both a sauna and spa, and leading to the indoor pool and hot tub. The Hacienda has numerous terraces including an internal covered courtyard surrounding a large water feature which offers private access to the two additional suites. It also features a grand foyer, a towering great room, multiple dining rooms, and a cinema room.

The Tennis House (pink house) spans over 4,100 square feet and is bathed in natural light with tiled floors and wood-beamed ceilings. It offers three additional ensuite bedrooms and features a large living and dining room with dedicated bar space and, of course, its namesake private tennis court.

The Casita lies at the edge of the Great Lawn and gives your group even more room to spread out. It covers nearly 2,000 square feet and features three additional ensuite bedrooms, including a spacious suite.

In addition to the three homes, there are a variety of additional unique spaces within this unrivaled compound:

- The Pool Club features a large outdoor pool and spa as well as multiple covered structures for enjoyable lounging including a bar, an outdoor kitchen and dining area suitable for large groups, and an amphitheater-style fire pit.
- The Game House (garages turned gaming rooms), completed in 2024, features approx. 3,000 square feet of colorful design and is packed wall to wall with games of all types as well as a wet bar and large seating area for watching TV and movies in style.
