LOCALLY HOSTED.
Our focus is ensuring our guests are comfortable and have everything they need throughout their stay.

All guests must be able to climb one set of stairs to the condo entrance on the second floor (no one is above you) - with a beautiful view from the patio!

POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES
A private retreat exclusively yours, offered with care. Please treat it as you would your own home. Easy access to all community amenities and Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, one of the premier public golf resorts in Palm Springs, CA. Offers two challenging championship golf courses.

Guests are to read and agree with all listed policies and rental agreement terms and are responsible for adhering to all terms outlined therein. We require a fully completed and verified profile. No Third-Party Bookings or off-platform payments. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

All occupants must provide a valid government-issued ID that includes their permanent primary address. HOA rules apply. Maximum overnight occupancy is 2 people.

Important: No pets. No parties or loud noise (per palm springs city ordinance), this is a non- smoking and vaping property, no-illegal activity or substances. No mailbox access or mail forwarding (amazon packages OK). Agreed use of the ring doorbell camera and temperature control guidelines.

MID-STAY CLEANING
All stays require one mid-stay cleaning (included). This helps us maintain the home to a high standard and ensures a comfortable stay for you. For stays over 2 months, additional cleaning is required, ask for details.

The cleaning consists of general cleaning of the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors (Important please note: *Linen changes are not included. Sheet changes may be added upon request for an additional charge).

Stays over a month will require additional cleaning for an additional charge. Reach out for any questions.

COMMUNITY
Our beautiful community including all amenities/pool/spa areas are the responsibility of our HOA and board (and not the host). Gardens are beautiful all-year round and the community has very well-maintained desert gardens.

BIKE STORAGE AVAILABLE. Guests are fully responsible for securing any bikes in the storage area. Bikes are not permitted inside the condo at any time. All Guest(s) assumes all risks and liability for any damage, loss, or theft of bikes (including e-bikes). It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure bikes are securely stored in the designated bike storage area only. Bikes must never be left inside the home. Owners are not liable for any theft or damage that may occur. A waiver must be signed by the guest if bringing bikes. Guests must let the host know ahead, if they are bringing bikes - please check first.

Rental is for 29 nights (30 days). For longer term stays or availability questions, please reach out.
