-Pool and spa heat fees apply- please inquire prior to booking

-25 year age minimum for booking

-No pets allowed

-Mail access not permitted. Please use local post office.

-Vehicle transponder not provided. Please use front gate.

-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number.

-30 night minimum

-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through Abnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External guest rental agreement to be signed

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Ring doorbell with motion sensor video near the front gate

-$600 monthly utility allowance. Guest responsible for anything over.
