Why choose between staying at a large resort-like estate and being 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs when you can have them both? Welcome to Solaris. This fully renovated, modern-mediterranean gated estate welcomes guests seeking ultimate relaxation and privacy with lush green lawns, towering palm trees, and meticulously manicured gardens surrounding a resort-style courtyard swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, hammocks, putting green, basketball court and massage room! *Please note that the pickleball court is no longer available due to the city's noise ordinance.* Chaise lounge chairs and day beds surround the beautiful custom golden tile pool for relaxing days in the sun, while the newly constructed outdoor kitchen with al fresco dining provides plenty of space for group dinners with views of the surrounding mountains.

Entering the clear glass front door leads you to a spacious, open concept great room with vaulted ceilings and a brand new kitchen. A large modular sectional sofa and club chairs face a large-screen Smart TV for relaxation indoors, enjoying central air conditioning. Fusing elements of minimalist decor with the neutral colors of the California Desert, the decor of Solaris features clean white walls, playful wallpaper and furniture accented by cheerful hues and new tile flooring throughout.

The great room opens seamlessly onto a modern kitchen with natural stone quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances including two fridges, gas and electric ovens, gas and ceramic electric cooktops plus two dishwashers and an oversized kitchen island, offering inspiration to one's inner chef. The adjacent dining area features a large, white rectangular table, surrounded by plenty of comfortable and stylish seating to enjoy your company.

Conveniently located down the hallways of this single-level home are 5 spacious guest suites, each with a unique style and vibe, ensuite bathrooms and premium Tuft & Needle Mint mattresses. An additional 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are in the private boho-chic detached Casita.

There is space available for up to 6 cars total in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

All TRAVLR Vacation Home guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

North Palm Springs is one of the hottest, fastest developing areas within the Coachella Valley. Our neighborhood, Racquet Club West, once the hottest Hollywood spot in Palm Springs with residents and regulars like Marilyn Monroe, Jane Wyman, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor, is now seeing a major renaissance and has the only estate sized properties. Within approximately one mile of the estate are some of the newest and iconic spots in Palm Springs like Riviera Hotel and Spa, Arrive Hotel, Reservoir, Draughtsman, Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey and The Tova Hotel.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
City of Palm Springs does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

The property has exterior security cameras for guest safety and home protection. Vrbo requires hosts to inform guests of any such or device. These surveillance devices are only located on the exterior of the property.

Noise Complaints

Our first night around 7pm, we were playing music (inside on the equipment provided) and received a 500 fine. The following day, after a day of golf for some and hot springs for the others, we returned to the house to go swimming. Seven of us just chatting and lounging in the pool at 4pm (NO MUSIC ANYWHERE) and we received another noise complaint. It was quite frustrating.

Excellent venue for a strategic retreat.

Seven of us spent a long weekend here. A combination, enjoying Palm Springs and having a bunch of meetings in the house. Very comfortable and well appointed. We brought in a private chef that went really well. A few little hiccups that were resolved immediately. Excellent service from the management team. Thank you.

Spacious, well maintained property. Hosts were very attentive - answered any and all questions promptly. “Noise ordinance” was not a problem for our group - the property is large and not on top of the surrounding properties - playing pickle ball was a definite plus. Would stay again without hesitation.

ABSOLUTELY YES!

My family (ages 12-75) came from all over to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday, and everyone LOVED the house! The property is more beautifully designed and well appointed than the pictures portray. VERY spacious. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The casita has 2 bedrooms. The pool & hot tub are glorious. The kitchen is very well-stocked with anything you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers. The hosts were on-call to answer and attend to any questions. We've stayed in VRBO's all over the world, and this property is truly special. Also close to DT PS. Not being able to play music outside is a minor inconvenience, but nothing to outshine playing pickle ball on site :) Ran out of time to grill, but it looked very nice. I highly recommend this property!!!
