The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to create homestyle meals or serve up takeout from a local restaurant, with all-white appliances, tile countertops, indoor grill, and cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. From formal dining to casual bites alike, tables in the kitchen and dining room will have you taking all your meals in good company.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located in two separate casitas on the property.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and stand-up shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, fireplace, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, sauna, and stand-up shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and stand-up shower.



Bedroom #5 includes a Cal-king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and bathtub.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-Washer and dryer in home.

-Garage and driveway parking available for 3 vehicles with additional parking on the street as needed.

-The pool can be heated to 82 degrees for an additional $150 per day. Requests must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival. Please note due to the size of this pool, it takes 2 days to preheat.

-This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

-- All Bedrooms have Smart TV's. For local programming, guests can access the Spectrum app. Otherwise, guests can login with their own credentials

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
