Big Splash Private Pool in South Palm Springs is a fully fenced oasis with a newly installed pool and spa, shaded lounge areas, a firepit gathering space, and outdoor games, all framed by lush privacy walls and subtle desert landscaping.



INTERIOR

Stepping inside, the living room feels purposeful yet relaxed, anchored by a fireplace that punctuates the space without overwhelming it, and a large screen TV that invites both movie nights and casual lounging. The upholstered sofa sits comfortably alongside a pair of chairs, creating a sociable yet unpretentious seating arrangement that flows naturally into the dining area.

Here, the dining table opens to views of the pool and courtyard, blurring the line between inside and out, while a thoughtfully updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a practical layout that makes meal preparation effortless. Near the fireplace there’s a reading chair and a workspace with a desk, acknowledging both leisure and remote work needs without sacrificing the home’s warm, cohesive character.

On this main and only level, the floorplan includes the living room with fireplace and seating, a dining area oriented toward the courtyard, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter space for gathering, a designated area for working remotely, a full laundry setup, central air conditioning to keep the interior cool on warm Palm Springs afternoons, and easy access to the pool beyond sliding glass doors.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a TV positioned for easy evening viewing, and a generous walk-in closet, while the adjoining bathroom combines a tub and shower to accommodate different preferences. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and a TV, with closet storage and access to its own full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Thoughtful touches throughout the sleeping quarters include blackout curtains that support restful nights and well-chosen linens that complement the overall style of the home.



EXTERIOR

The outdoor space unfolds like a private compound, where the newly installed pool and spa sit at its heart, waiting to be enjoyed below the southern California sun or under the warm glow of desert stars.

Comfortable patio seating and shaded umbrellas offer respite from midday light, while two areas for alfresco dining allow meals to unfold at a relaxed pace beside the water.

A firepit ringed with Adirondack chairs becomes a natural gathering point for cooler evenings, and a covered cafe table with a fountain murmuring nearby brings a sense of calm to the walled courtyard.

A gas grill stands ready for casual barbecues, cornhole boards rest at the edge of the lawn for playful afternoons, and the surrounding wall ensures privacy from neighboring homes.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
