SO MUCH POTENTIAL! Sadly management changes a liability the mo. btw my rez & chkout. 50 emails, txts, calls to Vacasa,Casago,Acme&VRBOCARE. Site deets went offline, “glitch during mngmt switch”. Host link failed, phone “not in service”. Chasing contacts a rep confirmed rez still intact but no info “until transfer to new system”, “would call me to answer Qs
.Crickets. So I called, repeatedly. Sometimes answered, often not. No returned vms “due to transfer”. Request to Mike Flannery, owner, unanswered. On-hold music still rings in my head. Chk-in neared, couldn’t submit ID verification,"glitch”. Got conflicting codes to a dead digital keypad, even w/ rep. on line. Assistance never arrived. 2 hours in, we saw code deep in my notes to a lock box (rep had said “owners only”). Used owner’s key thru our stay.Prepaid pool heat but cold. Activated day 2of4 w/ 24 hrs to heat the pool. Spa jets tripped after:30sec. Promised a credit, 2 wks since reported & still waiting.Photos represent well. Clean. Beds good. Kit appointed. Yard lovely, parking secure. AC (106*) worked GREAT on 1/2 of the house. HVAC didn’t cool Mstr end. A mini-split on that side, but cool doesn’t reach the bdrm. Liability-listed: Shower valve fell off, Kit drawers, light scotch-taped 2ceiling, dining chairs aka toilet seats. Prop Mgr requested pics 4 their handyman. Beyond cleaning & grounds, onsite upkeep seems unmonitored.Items can be repaired. Mngmt has FAR MORE to fix. If so, a nice prop I could recommend.

The house is very cozy and nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and serene. Just A few points:However, the pool was not heated almost the entire stay and we were very disappointed. It took a few days for pool guy to come and set properly, then it worked for 2 days, and then stopped working again, and nobody came to fix [thanks for the partial refund, but that’s not the point]. Also, would be helpful if house would have clear instructions how to set heat and a/c, switches for lights etc., how to use remote for gate, instead of having to call management for every detail. [It would be even better if management would be there when we arrived to show us around]. There is very little outdoor furniture, so isn’t possible to have a pleasant picnic outside. The tiny table in the front yard doesn’t help much. Plus, the house could use a much larger table with SIX comfortable chairs, instead of the tiny table with room only for FOUR chairs which are not comfortable at all [I mean, after all, the house is supposedly designed for 6 people!] Also, the house can use much more towels and blankets. I will definitely recommend this house again if these things were corrected and guaranteed.

Great property and well appointed

We visited for a long weekend and this place fit the bill perfectly. It is close enough to everything yet still at an arms length to afford some peace and quiet. The property has all the amenities you could possibly need and then some. Plus, check in and out were seamless. Will def be back!

Lovely Property

Super clean and tons of natural light. Pool was perfect and the neighborhood is right off the main strip. Very spacious. The pillows weren’t super comfortable so if you can bring your own I’d recommend it. Pool cleaning is stated to happen on a Wednesday but we came back to a pool cleaner in the backyard mid-day Saturday that startled us. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Mid Century Modern

Well, where to start. The rental agent company did a really great job with communications. The house was very clean on our arrival. Problems with the couches had been fixed by replacing with new couches. Ice maker worked. As noted in the property description the kitchen had been updated. The shower in the master bedroom had also been updated. New washer/dryer. Wireless was OK, but TV had some buffering issues. The house is a mid century modern in a quiet private location. It is really not within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute drive. Looks like the propane BBQ in the backyard is new. The pool and hot tub looked original. You either heat the pool or the hot tub but not both at the same time. You have to access the pool equipment and controls through a separate fenced and gated area. That is where you switch the heater from pool to hot tub and also turn on the jets to the hot tub. Jets are working and are quite strong. You also need to change the valves next to the pool to where you want the heat to go. Those are the highlights. The interior of the house has little, if any personality. There are no pictures, photos or art. The furniture (excluding the new couches) looks like it came from second hand stores. Bedspreads were functional but not attractive. Heat works in parts of the house but some vents are blocked off, It reminds me of a bank owned property. This could be a great rental, but it really needs new furniture, a couple of more TV's and efficient pool heating equipment. At that point it might justify the rental costs.

Beautiful Private Quiet home

We Loved the home, But, I saw the previous reviews in April. Well, those repairs were never fixed! The worst couch, sitting on springs, never repaired. TV and Internet are horrible! TV did not work, it searches for a signal every few minutes. We tried watching a movie, but the signal went out after 10 minutes and closed the movie. I tried calling management three times, no one ever returned my call!!! Only one TV in the whole house. The Master Bedroom was too warm to sleep in. No ceiling fan and no air conditioning duct in the bedroom? There is a wall air conditioner in a room next to the master, but not strong enough to cool the Master bedroom in July! The pool was cloudy when we arrived, management said the pool company just left 2 hrs before we arrived? The pool man came 2 days later for complete service, he never came Monday? It is a Beautiful home, but these repairs need to be fixed as reported four months prior.
