This modern 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat features a private pool, seamless indoor-outdoor living, stunning desert views and unnecessarily large TVs (according to my wife).

Unlike most Palm Springs homes, Pura Vista includes a detached private casita, giving couples, grandparents, or friends a private retreat steps from the main house.

The space
Pura Vista means "Pure View," and that's exactly what you came for. The pool overlooks a quiet pond, the desert stretches toward the San Jacinto Mountains, and the light changes by the hour.

Inside, this brand-new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home was designed for spending time together. Walls of glass blur the line between indoors and out, filling the house with natural light and opening directly to the patio and pool. Grill dinner, float the afternoon away, challenge someone to Mario Kart, or do absolutely nothing at all. Palm Springs is good for that.

Pura Vista House Rules
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM | Quiet Hours: 10 PM Nightly
-No smoking. No pets. No parties. Yeah, we get it—rules suck. But the owner is allergic to smoke and pets. And we live next to neighbors who have to work in the morning, so you can’t party all night.
-Do the next guests a solid. No shoes inside, please. Keeps the carpet soft and the place feeling fresh.
-The city says we can host 2 guests per bedroom—so 6 adults total, plus 2 kids under 10 if you’re traveling as a family. During the day, you can have a couple friends swing by, but no more than 10 people total on the property at any time.
-Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Pour one more, take in the night, then let the desert rest.

Pura Vista Pool Rules
-Make sure children are supervised around water at all times.
-No glassware outside. If glass breaks in or around the pool, notify owners immediately. We will need to empty and refill the pool.
-No diving, pool is shallow.
-Note the location of the skimmer for emergencies.
-Lights will turn on each night until 10 pm.
-The chimes on the doors are required by the city. Please leave those on.
-The pool is cleaned twice a week, if it’s windy, you might need to skim out a few leaves.

Miralon Community Rules
-Miralon is a “no smoking/vaping” campus.
-Golf carts, bikes, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed on the sidewalks of the amenity center or by the pool. They may not be parked on the sidewalk.
-Be considerate and pick up after your pets.
-Dogs must be on leash at all times except in the dog parks.
-No amplified music outside the wall of the home.
-The community speed limit is 25 mph.
-Electric cars must not be left unattended at the amenity center for charging. Owners must remain present at the amenity center during the charging process.
-Please park in the garage and then the driveway, as overnight street parking is not allowed.

City of Palm Springs Rules
- No Outdoor Music
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 6 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under - the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy

We know this looks like a lot of rules, but they're required by the City and our HOA. The short version is simple: respect the home, respect the neighbors, and you'll have a great stay. If things get loud or out of hand, the city can issue fines, and it could jeopardize our ability to continue hosting guests.

Additional Information
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the house, facing the garage entrance and the blue gate. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- This 2-story home requires 1 step to enter. There are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on the 1st floor
- The exterior lights for the pool will automatically run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- The clubhouse with the cafe and bar is open seasonally
- Homeowner can share Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery with guests to receive Amazon deliveries inside the garage, however the host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

We hate surprise fees, so we'd rather be upfront:
-$200 Cleaning Fee (one-time): Covers professional cleaning of the house, detached casita, pool, and outdoor spaces. We want everything looking as good as it does in the photos.
-Pool Heat ($50/night): We'd love to include it, but heating a pool in the desert isn't cheap and not everyone uses the pool. If you'd like it warmed to 85°, just let us know.
- Community Pool & Hot Tub: Just a 5-minute walk away and included with your stay. No extra fees, no catch.
- Checkout instructions: These are minimal. Lock the doors. Turn off the lights. If you can gather the used sheets and towels into piles in each room before you leave, we’d really appreciate it. This small step helps them out a lot.
- Gated Community: Access is through a guard-gated entrance, so plan for a few extra minutes when arriving. It's a small tradeoff for a quieter, more secure neighborhood.
