Originally built in the late 1950s and recently meticulously renovated by the acclaimed Palm Springs design team H3K Home + Design, this iconic property was selected as a featured tour home during Modernism Week 2026 and has also been highlighted in Atomic Ranch magazine. Defined by classic post-and-beam architecture, soaring ceilings, and dramatic walls of glass, the home celebrates the effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle Palm Springs is famous for. The thoughtful renovation honors the homeâs midcentury roots while introducing elevated modern comforts, designer furnishings, and carefully curated finishes.
Inside, gleaming white floors, art-forward interiors, and stylish mid-mod furnishings create a space that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The reimagined open layout flows beautifully between living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating the perfect environment for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the desert light pouring through the expansive glass walls.
Luxury details elevate the experience throughout the home, including Monogram appliances, Brizo bath fixtures, INAX tile, and Kichler lighting, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, and a whole-home soft water system with filtered drinking water at every faucet.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
True to the Palm Springs lifestyle, the private backyard is designed for resort-style outdoor living. The sparkling pool and spa sit at the center of the yard, surrounded by cushioned chaise lounges and framed by spectacular mountain views and towering palms.
Guests will enjoy multiple outdoor gathering spaces, including alfresco dining for up to eight guests in the covered dining pavilion, a built-in BBQ grill, a fire pit lounge, and a covered outdoor cabanaâperfect for relaxing in the shade during warm desert afternoons.
Whether youâre starting the day with coffee poolside, enjoying long lunches in the sunshine, or gathering around the fire feature at sunset, this backyard delivers the quintessential Palm Springs vacation experience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms have been styled with the comfort and polish of a boutique hotel. Each room features a hotel-quality mattress, a flat-screen TV, ample storage, and carefully curated dĂ©cor that reflects the homeâs midcentury-modern spirit.
The Primary Suite features a King bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool yard, along with a nearby desk for guests who may need to work remotely. Twin Palms is one of South Palm Springsâ most iconic midcentury neighborhoods, celebrated for its architectural heritage and quiet residential streets lined with palm trees and historic modernist homes. The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks, bike rides, and exploring Palm Springsâ legendary midcentury architecture. From here, youâll be just minutes from hiking trails, local coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the South Palm Springs Business District.
Downtown Palm Springs and the famous Palm Canyon Drive are only a short drive away, offering world-class dining, galleries, shopping, and entertainment.
