Surrounded by palm fronds, lush greenery, and the California sunshine; the enclosed yard offers a serene space to unwind and indulge in the little luxuries of life.

Boasting open floor plan living at its finest, the living room, dining area, and kitchen all come together in perfect unison. Featuring bright pops of orange and blue, find yourself lounging amongst the plush furnishings in the living room where a beautiful stone fireplace and large TV await your enjoyment.

The gourmet kitchen, any chef's dream, comes complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and ample meal prep space. Dine as a family at the elegant formal dining table, or eat alfresco, poolside.

Follow the sun gleaming in from the home's many expansive windows and you will find a second seating room, furnished with a soft sofa, a large TV, and hints at old Hollywood charm. You will also find the primary bedroom, an oasis in itself, with its sprawling living quarters, regal color palette, and luxurious en suite bathroom. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 400 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
