The Space:

Welcome to Luxe Retreat, a beautiful home near all the best Palm Springs attractions with next-level features like the poolside cabana facing some of the property’s most iconic views and the hot tub, made all the more opulent with a waterfall flowing into the pool.

For a full experience, the outdoor area also includes shaded dining space and grill.



Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster oven for convenient cooking at home. Whip up snacks to enjoy outside by the pool, or prepare full meals to share at the dining table for 4. Put your feet up in the living room where cozy couches face a smart tv. Adjacent to the living area is a wet bar, perfectly situated for making a round of drinks as you wind down for the evening.

Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed and smart tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo.

-Parking space provided in the driveway and garage.

-Washer and dryer in unit.

- If you wish to heat the hot tub during the summer months between June and September, there is an additional $50 nightly fee. Due to increased gas costs, this fee helps cover the expense for the day of use. This fee is optional during the summer months. To ensure a seamless experience, please call us to arrange payment prior to your arrival as it is not included in your reservation total.

-During the colder months of October through May, we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F and the spa to a relaxing 102 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!

-In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.

- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

-Property does not allow pets. Thank you for your understandings.



The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design with Downtown Palm Springs just a quick 10-minute drive away. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 7 miles of the home and trailheads accessible all around.



Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
