- Daytime guests are permitted from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM with prior approval. The number of guests at the property should never exceed the maximum occupancy at any time
- The community weekend barista service is available seasonally and closed for the summer
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are on the left side of the house facing the pool area and side yard, 1 camera is on the side of the house facing the backyard, and 1 camera is on the front of the house facing the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion

PALM SPRINGS REQUIREMENTS
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 8 people with only 2 persons allowed per bedroom. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 1 car is allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy

We enjoyed our stay here! The outdoor space was amazing with the pool, mini golf, other outdoor games and of course all the sitting areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also the community pool is a nice change of pace!

We had a great stay at this property! Diane was great to work with and very responsive. The house was clean and well appointed. Very quiet neighborhood. This is on the north side of Palm Springs but it's a quick trip to get downtown to restaurants/shopping.

This was, without a doubt, the best VRBO rental I have ever stayed in. I truly wish every host operated at this level. This home exceeded our expectations! It was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, just like the rest of the house. The charcuterie tray upon arrival was a delightful surprise! The outdoor areas were fantastic; we loved the spa, pool, and fire pit. Our host, Diane, was incredibly sweet and responded quickly to all our inquiries. The community is very quiet and well-maintained. The community pools were heated and spotless. I can’t say enough nice things about the property and the host!!! They made sure we had what we needed- the accommodations are High End- great showers- luxurious space- even though it has large windows- the way the space is built- makes it for a great retreat- so grateful to have found this glorious spot- they deserve a diamond review- and super-host status- did I mention they supply water and treats!!
