Classic Alexander Home in the Heart of Vista Las Palmas with Pool & Hot Tub

A charming 3-bedroom mid-century modern home in the heart of Las Palmas, La Vie en Rose is set against the backdrop of the striking San Jacinto mountain range with Palm Springs’ chic restaurants, galleries and shops all a short walk away.

Meticulously manicured grounds welcome you to this classic Alexander Home, surrounded by a privacy wall and soaring palm trees. A custom fountain with seating offers a meditative place to take in the views from the front, while the backyard invites leisurely days spent lounging by the pool, soaking in the spill-over hot tub, or gathered around the fire pit.

Inside, mid-century modern decor meets contemporary entertainment. The open concept main room features Eames lounge chairs and a classic mid-century styled sofa frame a gas fireplace and large TV for relaxed evenings with friends and family.

A wall of sliding glass doors creates a feeling of seamless indoor/outdoor living. In the dining area, a classic tulip table seats four guests, with three additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. Of course, you may prefer dinner with a view at the al fresco covered dining table just outside. A BBQ grill will inspire your inner chef.

Each of the home’s three bedrooms offers room to relax with accommodations for up to six guests:

Sink into the mid-century modern club chair to enjoy the wall-mounted TV, or step through the private sliding glass doors to enjoy direct access to the garden. The en-suite bath features dual sinks and mountain views from the large glass step-in shower.

An homage to Old Hollywood, this room has mod artwork and a private, sliding glass door to the front yard and sunrise glow. Guests of the second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a glass step-in shower.

Between its inspiring decor, stunning views, and very desirable location, La Vie en Rose is an ideal escape for a long, rejuvenating weekend, or a cultural escape.

The air-conditioned garage and driveway offer parking for three cars. This home now offers a Universal-EV plug in the garage for car charging. When you choose to explore beyond Las Palmas, the city features golf resorts, hiking trails and the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Joshua Tree National Park is a very scenic 1 hour drive away.

This home welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $150, per pet, plus tax. Please be advised that dogs are not permitted in the pool.
