Amazing experience. Location is great and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Only about a 15 minute drive to the downtown area. The home is very clean/organized, welcoming, and functional for families. Great open concept living space. All of the bedrooms are a great size and can comfortably accommodate a travel crib. The host has very thoughtfully stocked the home with toddler dishes/cutlery, high chair, and a travel crib. There were even small hotel-style products in the bathroom in case you forget any of the essentials. The backyard is a peaceful oasis. The pool is the perfect temperature and the greenery makes you forget that you’re in the middle of the desert. The host is extremely helpful/responsive and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Only recommendation would be to bring cabinet locks if you have toddlers/small children to keep them out of the lower kitchen cabinets :)

The place itself was lovely, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our little summer getaway. It was the perfect local escape.The amenities were excellent and covered all our needs, making our stay even more comfortable. This house has a coastal vibe to it. The pool was absolutely amazing, there’s a huge grass space outside so lots of room for people to stretch out and play. The host has pool service twice a week.. It is an open floor plan so be ready for some echo inside. The host is very quick to communicate and correct any issues or answer questions you have. The only issue we had was with the kitchen was definitely lacking in basic things such as baking sheets, pots, and pans, etc. some of the windows didn’t have screens so we weren’t able to open the windows and let some fresh air. The favorite part for my family was watching all the planes fly overhead. We even got to see some military planes doing a flyover. I would definitely recommend this house for a single family.

Celebrating a bride to be!

This was the perfect get away spot. It was a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful pool/ spa. It was very chill and relaxing. A perfect backyard and spacious rooms. Everything was provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, everything you need to cook). It was PERFECT. And the hosts were super kind and responded very quickly.

Quick trip to Palm Springs

My mom, sisters and I came for a weekend to attend a funeral. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub! There was plenty of seating on the patio to enjoy the beautiful weather!

good value for the price

this property gives you good value for the rental price. The backyard is excellent with a clean, warm pool, and an easy to operate hot tub. Very private pool area with a nice view of the mountains. appliances are new and work well. Would be much better if it had a TV in the master bedroom. the smart TV in the livingroom is almost impossible to use and only a limited movie channels available and no local TV stations. The location is OK. About 15 minutes to downtown PS, but no decent restaurants close by. We had no problems or issues during our stay and the owner was quick to respond when we had any questions.

The home was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location and easy to find. The host was responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the spa in the evenings, the pool was a bit too cool for us but the heated spa made up for it. Great outdoor space and comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying again sometime!

Nice house, could use some upgrades.

House description was pretty accurate. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is right under the flight path of the airport. So, expect some airplane noise. Especially when you are outside. Kitchen has supplies. Just the basics. Pans were not clean. Had to wash before using them. No cookie sheets or baking pans for the oven. Silverware and mugs are sparse. No regular sized spoons, only large ones. Only one large knife, and one small paring knife. Makes meal prep a little challenging, but we made do. There was salt and pepper, but not much else. Careful opening the refrigerator, as it slides out every time you pull open a door. Beds are comfortable, but sheets are rough and scratchy. We had to unload the dishwasher on arrival, and fold laundry left in the dryer. No towels were laid out for us. But, we found some in the dryer and in the bathrooms. House was pretty clean. We did use the hot tub, but not the pool. Took some time to heat up. But, it did work properly.

Amazy5 nights in Palm Springs with my Sis. The Spa and pool were exceptional, close to airport and downtown and freeway(I-10) TV was basically nonfunctional and in Russian but realized I didn’t need it with stars, books and my computer. Very clean and gorgeous option for your getaway.
