OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The hedged backyard is surrounded by lush vegetation and is your private slice of Palm Springs paradise.

The pool is a great size for splashing around and cooling off, and you’ll feel your stresses melt away the moment you sink into the spa. Multiple seating areas give you space to hang out with your group or find a moment alone to get lost in a great book. You’re sure to enjoy admiring the towering palm trees and dramatic mountain views from your sunlounger while you soak up California’s famous warm weather.

The backyard is an ideal space for al fresco dining — fire up the BBQ grill, set the covered outdoor dining table, and gather to eat, drink, and make memories together. The fun doesn’t have to end once the sun goes down, either! Gather your fellow guests around the fire pit for a cozy evening of stargazing and story-sharing. Around the front, you’ll find a pretty front yard plus private parking on the property’s driveway.

The living room features a comfy sofa and recliners where you can gather to stream shows or watch your favorite sports teams. Light the fireplace for instant coziness, or, if you’re in the mood for music, can be bluetooth to the Sonos speakers for surround sound indoors and outdoors has got you covered. When mealtimes roll around, head to the fully-stocked, open-plan kitchen to cook up a feast. The dining table seats eight guests for communal lunches and lavish dinners. Laundry facilities are also available to keep you looking and feeling your best during your stay.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at Casa El Greco vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This gorgeous property boasts three stylish guest bedrooms with high-end furnishings and modern, artistic touches.

The sun-soaked primary suite has a sumptuous king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. This room also has an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has direct access to the backyard via double glass doors, includes a king size bed, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space.
The third bedroom includes king size bedroom, views of the mountains from the picturesque window. Guests staying in these rooms share a full bathroom that is in between the two bedrooms, which features a shower/bathtub.

THE LOCATION
This impressive vacation home is set in a quiet, desirable Palm Springs neighborhood. Surrounded by swaying palm trees and soaring San Jacinto mountains, you’ll enjoy stunning views from the comfort of your very own backyard.

When you stay at Casa el Greco you’ll be within easy reach of the vibrant Downtown Palm Springs. Here, you’ll discover world-class shopping, dining, spas, and entertainment, plus an array of cultural activities. Nature lovers will appreciate the many scenic hiking trails nearby, and the famous Joshua Tree National Park is also close enough to visit as a day trip. Top golf courses and tennis courts are within a short driving distance if you’d like to hit a few balls during your Palm Springs getaway.

Palm Springs Regulations

With the exception of the non-smoking policy, all of the following are regulations that apply to all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. Respecting these rules allows us to offer our home to you and future guests.

- Our home is for low-key retreat, not parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances and we take them seriously. If any neighbor complains about music or noise, this can put our license in danger and subject you to a hefty fine from the city.

- We do not permit smoking of any kind on the property with the exception of the driveway and at the benches in the corner of the backyard. Evidence of smoking anywhere else will result in total forfeiture of deposit.

- No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age.

- Maximum overnight guests: 6

- Maximum daytime guests: 10

Other things to note;


For safety and security, there are (2) cameras front of the property. The RING doorbell cam is used for check-ins and deliveries. The security camera is above front door (face front walk way and street) 2nd security camera is above the garage door (faces the drive way and street).

The house has security alarm system that can be activated AWAY or STAY (if you wish to use a code can be issued)

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement(contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.

6. No more than 1-2 cars per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours. (3 cars max)

7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.

9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

- The Palm Springs Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed within 24 hours of arrival. The agreement must be signed by every adult staying in our home.

Hold Harmless

Our insurance company requires us to tell you that use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, bicycles and other features is at your own risk. Please practice safety measures while using these features at all times and always supervise your children.

Guests have access to the entire house including the garage that is converted into an office, TV room and exercise room, including Peloton treadmill, weights and work out bench and if you feel like a little going for a bicycle ride feel free to use the two that are available. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's safe and a pleasant place to walk in the evening. Ranch Club Estates has a walk score of 62, a bike score of 50, and a transit score of 33.
