Starrstruck is a meticulously updated midcentury home from the famed Krisel/Alexander company. It’s located on one of the most picture-perfect blocks in historic Racquet Club Estates—one of Palm Springs’ most iconic neighborhoods and just minutes from downtown.

Starrstruck is one of the only homes in Palm Springs without a neighbor behind you—giving starlets the privacy and seclusion they need for a desert holiday. Starrstruck is also next to one of the largest parks in Palm Springs with a playground for kids and acres of grass for your furry friend. Take a sunset bike ride on the two bikes that are provided.

Upon entering Starrstruck, you’ll find a private, locked courtyard welcoming you to the home—providing a separate outdoor area that’s ideal for anyone looking for extra security for kids or furry friends. When you walk in the front door, you’ll find an entryway lined with photos of midcentury movie stars. After all, Marilyn Monroe was discovered just a few blocks away from here at the historic Racquet Club.

Starrstruck’s kitchen, dining, and living room boasts an open floor plan with a great indoor/outdoor flow to the back patio. Just steps away is the outdoor barbecue and sink for outdoor cooking with barstools lining the seating area. Inside, the living room has a large turquoise sectional and a large TV with great sound for movies or games. The living room armoire is stocked with all the classic boardgames —from Twister to Battleship to Life. Take your best picture in front of the custom, light-up FUN sign or enjoy the desert views from the couch. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances and kitchenware to make your stay comfortable. The recently refreshed bathrooms boast rainfall showerheads.

Above each bed, you’ll find a pair of photos of midcentury movie stars. So whether you’re sleeping underneath Audrey and Marilyn or Elvis and Sinatra, you’ll be comfy on Casper and Sealy mattresses and hotel-quality pillows. Each of the three bedrooms has a desk and chair in case you need to get some work done (although, we sure hope you don’t have to). The spacious master has direct access to a private side patio via sliding doors, and the master bath also has a door with direct access to the side yard. The two smaller bedrooms have views of those iconic desert mountain views. All of the bedrooms have smart TV’s and sound machines. Starrstruck is the perfect desert destination whether you’re heading to funsville or a week of good old fashioned R&R.

-Pool heating is optional and offered at $85/day (please request this before your stay)
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $150/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid (sorry, not feline-friendly)
-Maximum Occupancy –6 people and 3 cars permitted
-Check in 3PM and check out 10AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
-Property maintenance: Pool service is Monday & Thursday; Garden is Wednesday
-Prior to your stay, we require you to agree to our rental conditions.
-Please take a moment to review the Good Neighbor Brochure, a city ordinance that is in place all vacation home renters and let us know if you have any additional questions.
*The City of Palm Springs requires that the responsible party must be 25+ years of age and requires an in-person meeting at the property to discuss rules, collect signatures, etc. Our Property Manager will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinator a time to meet up and check you in.
NOISE
*The City of Palm Springs has a strictly enforced sound ordinance. NO outdoor music is permitted during night or day. People's noise is permissible and should be reasonable and measured between the hours of 10am-9pm.
