About the cleaning:

The cleaning is done with great care to details by a professional housekeeper after each stay to offer you the maximum cleanliness and comfort. The pool is cleaned twice a week by a professional pool keeper.

About safety:

The safety of the guests is a priority. The home is equipped with smoke, fire, and carbon monoxide detectors. There is also a fire extinguisher. For a major emergency call 911 to get assistance.

City rules:

All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of separate hotel taxes, no outdoor music permitted; insuring renters are over the age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick booking process, and we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs home well worth it! Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.

You will have access to our home with a unique passcode to the smart lock on the front door. You will have access to entire home with the exception of one locked storage closet. Cars may not park in garage.
