Our experience at this home was a bit overall disappointing, but there were a few bright spots. It's clear the overall lack of maintenance and the history of problems from previous reviews and a physical guestbook show that the management hasn't bothered fixing the issues. We also arrived to the place uncleaned from the previous guests (which is an understandable mistake), but were only offered a small discount for the inconvenience.Pros:âšGreat Beds and PillowsâšFridge was modernPool was great after the pool cleaner arrived on our second day there and set heater to optimal settings.The host was attentive and responded quickly when we needed the place cleaned and some pool cleaning supplies.Cons:- Exterior was overgrown with weeds. Had trash / litter on sides/backyard.- Inside: broken drawers, bathroom hooks hanging by a thread, peeling door hangers, and paint chips/cracks throughout. The bedroom curtains were dirty and had holes.The showers leaked, causing water to pool on the floor, wasting our few towels to soak it. Some pieces of furniture from the photos were missing, or broken, including some chairs and the cornhole set.Pool: Instructions were unclear, using low-res photos in a confusing order. The heating was also expensive and heated slower than the host initially explained.This place provides the minimal things for a vacation home. If all you care about is a pool and a place to sleep, I can see it being viable. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
