The space

It’s our pleasure to share with you the thousand of hours it has taken to give this historic house new life. The result is perfect balance of `old modern` Palm Springs charm, functional Scandinavian design.



Our frequently photographed 4 bedroom architect designed house sit on a half-an-acre property with rare 180 degree unobstructed views of the desert and mountain. It’s perfectly nestled into the canyon below Bob Hope’s iconic entertainment home with only one next door neighbor and a plethora of entertainment and relaxation areas creatively scattered throughout the property. One will find endless opportunities to enjoy and maximize the resort-feel stay if it is enjoying a afternoon cocktail on the viewing deck, taking a swim in the heated sculptural pool or dining outside with a large group of friends on the night time lit dining plateau. This one of the most unique properties Palm Springs has to offer and will take the breath away from even the most well-traveled individuals.



SLEEPING / BATH



4 bedroom/3 bath + outdoor shower. Sleeps 8 people comfortably in 2 person beds (and one sofa bed).

Both pool and spa can be heated for a `at cost` fee and are cleaned with the minimum invasive chemicals. The pump is one of most silent found in the market today. There are numerous areas for relaxation and socializing in the garden and park. Everything is lit for warm nights outside.

Umbrella and chair goes direction into the pool for enjoying cocktails on hot days or just to an added layer of sun protection for children.



Pool nook for conversation or keeping an eye on your kids next to the pool.

The entire property is fenced in and no neighbors or people from the street has visibility of the grounds and pool.

Other things to note

The pool cleaner arrives twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays between 9 and 10 am for his work that takes around 30 minutes. The gardener does maintenance work Wednesday between 9am and 11am and it might come with a bit of noise.



There is a required $500 deposit for your stay. Any damage to the property or furnishings will be deducted from your deposit. The entire house has been catalogued and inventoried, as there are many cherished valuables and priceless artifacts from our travels abroad, so any damaged or missing item with value in excess of your deposit will result in an VRBO insurance claim. Any parties or noise complaints from the neighbors (within reason) may result in immediate eviction and/or partial or full loss of deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
