Inside, the home is bright, modern, and full of personality. A dramatic wall of windows frames stunning mountain views, filling the living room with natural light throughout the day and creating a seamless connection to the beautiful desert landscape outside. Vibrant artwork and thoughtfully curated décor add character and energy to every room, giving the home a distinctly Palm Springs feel.

The open-concept living area flows effortlessly into the kitchen, where you'll find stainless steel appliances, ample workspace, and a large counter with barstool seating, perfect for casual breakfasts, evening cocktails, or gathering with friends and family. Whether you're preparing a quick meal or settling in for a longer stay, the space is designed to feel both functional and inviting.

The home features a comfortable sleeping arrangement with a King bed in the primary suite, a Queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a pullout sofa in the living room for additional guests. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy, making the layout ideal for couples, friends, or seasonal visitors.

THINGS TO KNOW:

-Full wall of windows in the living room showcases beautiful mountain views and fills the home with natural light.
-Private backyard gate provides direct access to the community pool, spa, and lounge area.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
