The open great room floor plan flows seamlessly into the outdoors to the sparkling saltwater pool & spa, outdoor lounging, and BBQ grill.



The cook's kitchen with slab granite countertops, center island, and breakfast nook opens to the family room with a cozy fireplace and beautiful outdoor covered patio.



Bedroom 1:The Luxurious main suite has a King bed, two walk-in closets, dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and direct access to the patio.

Bedroom 2: Guest Room is in the main home with 2 double beds, a walk-in closet, and Ensuite bath with walk-in shower and bench.

Bedroom 3: Guest Room is in the casita and offers a Queen Bed, mini-fridge, Keurig, and En Suite bath with a walk-in shower.



The den is equipped with with a laptop-ready workspace and a sofa sleeper off the great room for the overnight guests.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

Quiet retreat.

There were three of us at the property. The layout was perfect, with a lot of space for everyone. The pool area was the best. Nicely landscaped with comfortable furniture seating to provide a "resort" feel to the stay. Would definitely consider returning and have passed on the information to our friends.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed for 1 week. This property is truly beautiful. The house is spacious and clean. And the backyard is gorgeous with all of the different tree and plant life, not to mention the pool that is cleaned professionally 3 days a week. There are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house

This house is exceptionally clean and attractive. Everything seem newly done. The pool was delightful and the outdoor space very comfortable with lots of shade. The only thing that needs refreshing is the silverware in the kitchen. There is not enough to get through one meal without washing some pieces before sitting down. Wewould not hesitate to come back if we are in the area again.

Our winter home for 6 weeks

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures of the home are accurate. It was very clean and the twice-a-week pool maintenance and once-a-week landscaping maintenance were outstanding. There was a broken dryer vent that Nicole, the property manager, arranged to have fixed within a couple of hours. She provided wonderful, cheerful service from the check-in through the check-out. My husband and I stayed for 6 weeks and did lots of incredible hiking due to the perfect central location. Our children and grandchildren came for their springbreak and they also loved it, especially the pool. The pool and spa heat worked flawlessly and are easily controlled from inside the house. The home is large and comfortable for many people! The area is very quiet and there’s no street noise and no neighbor noise either. I loved hearing the desert mourning dove coo-ing, especially in the mornings and evenings. We hope to stay again in the future! Thanks, Nicole!

Relaxing break

We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the spaces in the house as well as the pool/hot tub. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. Great location, we played tennis at the Marriott and golf at Desert Willow, both 5 minutes away. So much great hiking to do locally, as well as at Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons, not too far away.
