It opens through large sliders to the outdoor patio, which offers amazing views of the golf course!

OUTDOOR
The wonderful patio includes a three-burner BBQ island and a dining table for six, making it perfect for outdoor dining. You can also stay warm on cooler nights next to a fire feature with sectional seating. Community pools and spas are located less than 300 feet from the unit. All guests have access to 46 community pools, the resort pool with swim lanes, the clubhouse, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, this unit features an Athletic and Racquet Sport Membership. For a nominal daily or weekly fee, guests have access to an exclusive fitness center, spa, and tennis/pickleball facilities. Feel free to ask for more information during the booking process.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 42-inch SmartTV, and a large updated main bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. There is also a small private patio located off the main bedroom, perfect for relaxing with a book. The guest bedroom offers a king bed, a large closet, a 46-inch SmartTV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The front guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a 46-inch SmartTV, and uses the hallway bath and shower. It's perfect for overnight guests. If you would like the twin beds converted to a King, please let us know before you arrive.

PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
