RENTERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL TIME SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN TO MONITOR THEIR SAFETY TO KEEP THEM AWAY FROM THE POOL, SPA. RENTERS ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT THEY ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN OR NEAR THE VICINITY OF THE POOL. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE POOL AND SPA, AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION,NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.

-The gardener is included and comes once a week, typically on Wednesdays.
-The pool man comes on Monday and Thursday afternoon.

Just up the street is a hiking trail that will take high on a vista and you can hike and enjoy the views of the entire Desert area. * Please note that outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

* There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool/spa should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $79/day.
• Parking notes: There is a 3 car enclosed secure garage, and additional parking available in the driveway. No overnight parking is allowed on the street, per city restrictions.

• 1-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. The fee of USD $79 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for their stay.
