Other Things to Note:

* **City of Palm Desert Requirement:** The City requires a separate rental agreement to be signed before your arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles. This verification process is completed on a platform called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.

* **Fines:** Any fines issued for violations of city ordinances will be the full responsibility of the guest.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your health and safety are our top priority. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival, following the latest public health guidelines. This includes disinfecting high-touch surfaces, re-washing all dinnerware, and ensuring safety equipment like smoke and CO detectors are functional.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance, as we must adhere to our cancellation policy.

* **100% Refund:** Cancel within 48 hours of booking.

* **50% Refund:** Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

* **No Refund:** Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

* **Please Note:** No cancellations are permitted for reservations during holiday and special event weekends.
