Fully furnished Midcentury Home, 3 Bd/Den, Views, Best So PD Location

Situated in one of Coachella Valley's finest and most peaceful neighborhoods, our mid-century home is now ready to become your next vacation home away from home. The #1 goal of our just-completed renovations and refurnishing was to create the perfect environment for you to enjoy a supremely fun & entertaining desert paradise vacation. No detail was spared in preparing it to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests (den & living room have pull out sofas) for extended periods.

The grounds are studded with palm trees & gardens of cacti & lush greenery. There's a large newly remodeled pool with a waterfall & spa. Wide open Southern, Eastern, & Western exposures provide mountain vistas & allow the sun to shine all day long. If you need a break from the sun, you can slip away to the indoor/outdoor tropical atrium.

The fun continues into the evening as dramatic outdoor lighting sets the scene for cooking, dining, and gathering around the large firepit.

There's a lot to do and see in our neighborhood. Besides amazing golf & tennis, it's perfect for taking long walks or bike rides to tour miles of flat pathways surrounded by breathtaking scenery. We even stocked the home two bikes and helmets. You can walk to El Paseo for world class shopping and dining. Close by you'll also find museums, theaters, & venues for famous sporting events and concerts. The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens is in the neighborhood & you can sometimes even hear the animals.

We haven't forgotten about those of you who need to do business. There's great indoor & outdoor high-speed internet coverage, plenty of quiet workspace, and a printer/copier/scanner.

No large/loud parties. Very quiet community. Minimum one-month lease. Available now. There will be an extra fee for heating the pool.

Good Place . Great communication

Avery was an excellent host . The house is good but only two bathrooms for 3 bedrooms so a little tight . Place was a little dusty but so is the desert . We enjoyed the views and mornings having coffee by the nice pool . . Great location above El Paseo . YMMV

This location was perfect for a quiet, private vacation experience. The pool was great and the hot tub heats up very fast. The house is large and definitely accommodating to many people and had all the amenities needed.

Great place, great host

My husband and I stayed at this property for 10-weeks from the middle of January to the end of March. We felt very much ‘at home’ here. Comfy living room and great outdoor space. Those are the things we first look for—we ask ourselves “Would we *like* spending both indoor and outdoor time at this place?” Our impression was yes, and it turned out to be very much the case. We had everything we needed. Our host, Avery, was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always available for questions. He was very much invested in insuring that everything was working for us. This is a general neighborhood that we’ve stayed in the past. It’s close to El Paseo and to hiking places, and the feeling is very serene and quiet. The neighborhood is as important to us as the house is, and we can vouch for this area as well as for this home. We were very happy with our stay and with our communications with the host.

Simply perfect!

There were 9 people in our group (a good mix of kids/teens and adults) and we fit in comfortably in the house. The location is nice, safe and quiet. The kitchen was spacious and had everything that we needed to make our meals. The house also has an outdoor grill. We rented the place mid-June with high temperatures in the 90s but we still had a great time. Indoor temperature was well maintained and comfortable. The pool was perfect. The place is also in close proximity to a lot of nice spots - no shortage of things to do. From shopping to restaurants, to tourist spots, to hiking and other outdoor activities - there was something for everyone. Lastly, the owner was very responsive - all of our questions were answered right away.

Great Location and a Wonderful Stay!!

The whole family really enjoyed the stay. The accommodations were terrific. Plenty of space, a lot of necessary household available, and a great backyard with a pool. The kids and I loved it. The location is perfect as well. You’re close to everything; shops, restaurants, and the zoo. And the owner, Avery, was especially fantastic! Easy to get a hold of and very attentive. Great place to enjoy Coachella Valley

Wonderful mid-century home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Pool and spa were great. Home had lots of amenities and the owner was a pleasure to work with. Our family felt like they were at a Palm Springs resort from the early 60's. Great yard if you have a dog. Location in Palm Desert is central to restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf, tennis, etc.

Quiet getaway with huge outdoor pool area!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I was able to bring my 2 emotional support animals (2 dogs) and they enjoyed all the space available here. The pool floaties and the waterfall from the spa to the pool made for perfect relaxation. I used the grill almost every night and the fully stocked kitchen. The property is just gorgeous and is able to accommodate many people. The owner, Avery, was always a short phone call or text away. He was very responsive, but also made everything so clear and easily accessible that I didn’t need to contact him for much! Thank you so much for providing us a perfect, hassle-free week!

Fantastic property in perfect location

We have been vacationing in VRBO properties for 20 years and this is one of my all-time favorites! The house is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood close to shopping and dining. The home is loaded with amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor grill, and an incredible shaded deck space. The vegetation and landscaping look professionally designed and the outdoor space is perfect for entertaining or peaceful lounging by the pool. The host has thought of everything with a well-appointed kitchen, adjustable bed in primary suite, plentiful towels and bedding to name a few. The home is very clean, spacious, and wonderfully decorated with mid-century furniture, lighting, and art work. To top it off, the host was very accessible and accommodating
simply first-rate! We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the valley!
