The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bathroom with a full bath. There's also a half bathroom for guests. The living room has plush seating, a mounted TV, and a gas fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere during cooler desert evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, a breakfast table, and extras like a Crock-Pot, smoothie maker, and waffle maker. A separate dining table seats the group for meals together. The private balcony overlooks the community and includes a grill for outdoor cooking. The home has a washer and dryer in-unit, WiFi throughout, and garage parking for 2 cars plus driveway space for 1 additional vehicle. One small dog is welcome with prior approval. Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. Garage and driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles total. Two cars fit in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon entering the Desert Falls community. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass. This home is equipped with one external security camera located at the front entrance, actively monitoring the front door.
