The Space:

VILLA LAS PALMAS is a stunning vacation rental that promises a memorable getaway for families and friends. This beautifully renovated home features a heated pool and spa, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation and fun. With two primary bedrooms, this spacious 3 bed/2.5 bath property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security for all guests.



The home boasts impressive 16' vaulted ceilings throughout, creating an airy and bright atmosphere. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and a wine cooler, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. The open floor plan includes a formal dining room that comfortably seats eight, a cozy family room for quality time, and a game room featuring a pool table and ping pong table for added entertainment.



Comfortable Accommodation:

- Primary bedroom 1 features a king bed, dual vanity, walk-in shower, tub, and spacious walk-in closet.

- Guest bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a trundle bed that accommodates two.

Conveniently located between St. Augustine and Daytona, VILLA LAS PALMAS is also close to Jacksonville and Orlando, providing easy access to local attractions and activities. The pool is heated, and the heating option is available for an additional cost of $45 per night for stays of 2–5 nights. A discounted weekly rate of $287 is available, with a multi-week rate of $200 per week. The spa will only work if you purchase the heated pool option.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!



Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions.

- Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

- Pool heater is available for $45 per day, or $287 per week, or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

- If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, we do offer secure off-site parking approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code.
