Stunning and peaceful vacation home. ideal for relaxing or private family / friends get together. 3 bedrooms, can sleep 8 guests. Welcome basket with some goodies on arrival . Unbelievable lake views with private fishing dock and ideally located for privacy from neighbors. Enjoy our 40ft heated ( minimal extra fee ) lap pool for exercise , floating around, pool volleyball or how about aqua aerobics. Great party pool if desired. Fully screened in lanai so no bugs ! Huge gas grill , modern fire pit for colder nights. 4 outdoor patio fans to keep you cool during the summer months. All day sunshine for lots of sunbathing around the pool. Modern interior ( don’tworry about the white sofa as there are lots of throws and it cleans really easily , extremely durable) with open plan set up for all the family to be together which opens up with double glass patio doors to the outside area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need , Nespresso coffee machine, kureg and filter coffee appliances. 2 car garage with remote control access. The whole house is extremely light and inviting . Ideally located , 6 minutes drive to Starbucks, target, Ross, TJ Max, Publix , movie theatre, dog parks and lots of restaurants. Near by golf course and 20 minutes drive to the most gorgeous Flagler beach full of bars and restaurants or 22 minutes drive to Ormond by the sea which is a quieter beach, 25 minutes drive to the famous Daytona beach, 1 hour , 30 minutes to Orlando Disney World, St Augustine only 50 minutes drive away. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrella, ice box to take with you for beach days. 3 bicycles in the garage to go on the nearby bike trails. Pool and beach towels supplied. Spectrum Cable tv in every room, high speed Wi-Fi . All USA sports channels and news. Please contact the owner for any special requirements and we'll try our best to accommodate to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the moment I booked our reservation Leyla was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. Lake frontage, pool, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings, not the crappy Ikea furniture alot of bnb's have. My grands were came every eve to enjoy the pool and my 85 yr old mother w dimentia had a lovely stay. I cant say enough. We know where we are staying the next time we go visit the grands. BTW the bed in master is wonderfully soft.

My family and I haven't been on vacation in many years and really wanted a nice place to stay while we were on vacation and this place definitely was exactly what we all needed. Our family loved this home. Everything was as described. Check in process was easy. Leyla let us in early, which was so nice after a long drive. She even called to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication. Kids loved that they could fish from the dock. Overall, it was a great vacation. I was looking for a place that was in a quiet area, with a pool. This home had all of that plus an amazing lake front view! My grand daughters and I had 3 wonderful days in this Palm Coast home!

Perfect Place to Recover

My husband and ankther couple drove from Wisconsin to attend Rockville which was a 4-day music festival. We Spent 5 nights here. The host allowed us early access without asking, the house was well stocked with essentials, clean and comfortable. We were able to rest and reset well before each day and didn't even have time to use all that it had to offer (pool, comfortable couch for movie streaming, etc). Any questions we had Leyla answered promptly. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Palm Coast area. 10/10

Our New Favourite Palm Coast Home

We have rented many houses over the years. A few even in the Palm Coast/Flagler area. Some were great some okay. This particular home quickly became our latest favourite. We particularly liked the layout with the master bedroom at one end and the other 2 at the other end offering a nice level of privacy. The beds/linens were extremely comfortable. Overall decorating was tasteful and elegant. A few updates in patio furniture department would be a welcome addition although there was nothing terribly wrong with the current offering. Otherwise furnishing inside and out were very relaxing/comfortable.A gas grill would be nice to replace the griddle as the latter was not fully maintained as it should and limited our cooking options. Otherwise the home was equipped with every imaginable kitchen utensil. Very impressive!Located on a small lake and a quiet neighborhood gave us a true sense of piece and serenity.Small issues were quickly attended to by Leyla who was a friendly and overall tremendous host.We spent 4 weeks here and we were truly sad to have to leave. We're hoping to extend our stay the next time we travel to the area.

The house was fantastic! Heated pool, nice fire pit for outside. Great location close to shops and Flagler Beach. Truly felt like a home away from home. We fell in love with this place from the pictures and in person it did not disappoint! Beautiful home and Leyla was a perfect host! Nice house with plenty of room in the living area and kitchen which is fully stocked. Comfortable beds with a large shower in the master bath. Our favorite spot was out on the patio by the pool. Awesome oasis get away!

This host and property are amazing! The host is kind, caring and very responsive! The house is well equipped and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook for a large group but was great also for just the two of us. The outdoor area is so inviting and relaxing. Quiet and private neighborhood. Best VRBO I have ever rented! We are dealing with home damage and community wreckage after the hurricanes and this house was the perfect respite. The host was so accommodating and genuinely kind to us - she made a difficult time bearable! Can't say enough - thank you, Leyla, your kindness touched my heart.

Lovely home in a lovely setting

Owners Leyla and Scott went above and beyond to ensure our well-being during our stay. It certainly wasn’t on our bingo card to vacation through a hurricane! All scariness aside- we felt cared for and that made all the difference. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a thoughtful gift basket. The home is nicely decorated and has everything you could want or need. We had an oasis even without power for a day. We swam and grilled, lit candles and toasted to celebrate our anniversary. Our neighbors for the duration were quiet and kind. I would highly recommend staying here, and am already booking our next stay. Flagler Beach is definitely one to not miss! Thank you to Leyla and Scott for all the love! Despite the weather there was not a single thing to be upset about- everything was great.
