Alluring Water Front, 2 Story Pool Home located on private street on cul-de-sac in the center of Palm Coast. Absolutely stunning newly renovated Pool home Water Front vacation in PARADISE! Bring your Boat, Jetski and Fishing gear! This unique and one of a kind modern home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths enough to entertain the entire family just with the water views alone. Home attributes a formal living room and dining room with scenic views to the dock and waterway. Kitchen entails custom cabinets, Quartz counter tops, modern stainless-steel appliances, built in breakfast nook and a spacious butler’s pantry with ambient sky lights and modern lighting. Spacious family room has casual sectional seating with a beautiful wood burning fireplace to set the mood. Located on the first floor, a convenient electric and energy efficient washer and dryer in house. Also located on the first floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and custom California closet. Master bathroom with separate walk in shower, garden tub, and separate double sink vanity. Tile flooring in all common areas, and laminate on second level. Upstairs features 2 Guest Rooms, a Jack & Jill loft, play area, and laundry chute. 4 TV's located in Great Room and 3 Bedrooms. This house fit our needs as far as the size, perfect for a large group. The lower level is beautifully decorated. The upper bath is quite dated, and right before we arrived, we were told the upper shower was leaking & were asked to avoid using it for the month we were there. Not ideal.The pool & hot tub were tricky to get to a preferred temperature, it took some time for the hot tub to warm up. There are some things in the house that need fixing, mostly minor, but they didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay & if you’re looking for a place in Palm Coast, this house is a good one. The neighborhood is quiet. We saw dolphins several times sitting in the patio. The outdoor space is nice, with a very spacious patio. We enjoyed having a screen porch.

Comfort on the Canal

Our recent stay at the canal-side home was simply wonderful. The house itself exceeded our expectations; it's incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with every amenity imaginable. We felt completely at home, surrounded by comfort and luxury. The décor was tasteful and created such a relaxing atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the outdoor living space. The hosts were very courteous and responsive throughout our stay. Beyond the house itself, the location was perfect. Spending a relaxing afternoon watching dolphins playfully frolic in the canal was an unforgettable highlight of our trip. It was truly magical.We wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious getaway. It’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect, offering both the tranquility of the canal and easy access to the Atlantic Ocean.

Amazing!!! This is a must!

This property was everything we imagined and more. There was tons of room inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked — we cooked our Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. Kayaking in the canals was so fun and all shops and restaurants were within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and would stay again. .

We loved our family vacation here! The house had everything that we needed (stocked kitchen, linens, towels, pool toys, etc). We loved the backyard views and amenities. The house was clean and had enough space for multiple families to enjoy time together but have personal space. The beach was a quick 10-12 minute drive away. We are already talking about rebooking next year.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was a dream come true for our family! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation home. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding a quiet retreat. The pool, breathtaking view, and outdoor living areas were simply incredible. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking, too! We can't wait to return next year.

The house was easy to find, so clean, and bigger than the pictures made it seem! It was 15 min from the closest Walmart which was super convenient. There was a pack n play and stroller for the babies as well. Overall great experience!

Great family getaway

Property was well equipped with more than everything you could ever need! Owner was great to communicate with, home was large and clean. Everything was labeled and instructions were spot on for everything from the light switches to pool controls. Large TVs, abundance of linens too. You can see the owners really thought of everything!

Canal Beauty

We (4 Adults) loved our stay at Palm Villa. The location on the canal was awesome and the pool was great as we used it every day! Location to St Augustine and nearby beaches were short drives, depending where you want to visit was 20 minutes to an hour. The gas grill came in handy for dinner a couple nights during our stay. We ate dinner out at Vilano and Flagler beach areas. I will say the shared bathroom upstairs was very small and difficult to get in and out of the shower and took a day or two to get used to that space, but the shower had great water pressure! The two king beds were very comfortable, however the two queen beds might need new mattresses? ( however bed comfort is personal preference) There are a few things that could use some attention, but nothing that impacted our stay negatively. Furniture was comfortable, the kitchen area was amazing and we really liked the decor. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay here with our 5 kids. The house was even more spacious and beautiful than we expected. For the first two days I literally walked around randomly exclaiming, “This place is fantastic!” The pool and hot tub were perfect, too. Highly recommend!

Perfect for the Family

Celebrated Christmas with family while staying here. Plenty of space and the house has all the amenities you could need. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to relax inside or outside. Being that it is end of December, the pool was chilly, but that didn’t stop the kids. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood on a quiet street. 5 minute drive to both grocery and liquor store, very convenient. We will definitely be staying again if we are back in the area.

More than enough space

This place was perfect for our family. It had more than enough space and I said a few times that "it's a good thing our own home isn't this big because I would lose my things all the time". But we wanted a place that our family could spread out and this place provided that. Our kids loved being able to jump into the pool. That was the biggest hit of the trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I wish I would have known the correct cost of the toll to go to the beach since the drive around the toll booth was a little inconvenient. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

This home worked great for our annual Florida vacation!! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the canal and the pool. We spent one whole day just at the house swimming and relaxing. It's about a 40 minute drive to go St Augustine and Daytona.

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We had 10, which included 2 babies. Were happy to have use of pack n play and high chair. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoyed the pool and dock for fishing. A 15 minute drive to the beach at Marineland. Beds were super comfy. Overall great experience.

Family Getaway

We had the most lovely stay at Palm Villa with our adult children and 2 yr old grandtwins. The home was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Somedays we just stayed at home and enjoyed the pool all day. My husband had a great time fishing off the back canal. The home is centrally located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and we also enjoyed our excursions there as well. The beds were super comfortable and it was nice that every couple had their own bathroom. I would highly recommend Palm Villa for anyone staying in Palm Coast.

Nice big house-but needs lots of TLC

The house and property is plenty spacious and roomy, but it needs some TLC. All the Door trim has been scratched up pretty bad by dogs.Several outlets didn't work. Several lights wouldn't work. Lanai lights and fan didn't work. Pool light didn't work. Only one extra floor fan and it DIDN'T work. Could really use better quality pots and pans and an automatic drip coffee maker.

The 3 G Summit

My sisters and I decided to celebrate our amazing daughters and nieces. We are so proud of each and everyone of them. We were a group of eight. Had such a wonderful wonderful time. The property was gorgeous. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The host could not have been more accommodating. Loved every minute! Although my guess flew in from all over the place, I live in Palm Coast and arrived by Boat. We had perfect accommodations and went out boating every day. What a memorable time. Thank you to our hosts who Who helped make this an exceptional reunion.

This property was incredible with great waterfront views. The house was super clean, PLENTY of room, kitchen very well stocked as well as the coffee bar. The communication with the property owner Richard was great with very clear instructions as well as an instructional video on how to operate the stove. The pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Additionally, the boat lift was great and easy to operate for getting our boat in and out the water. This was one of the best houses we have rented thus far…we will definitely be coming back. Thank you again Richard for opening up your lovely home to us for the week.

Daytona Jeep Beach

This house is exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room. We had 5 Jeeps and there was ample parking. I had the need to communicate with the owner and the response was almost immediate. If you have a large group this is a great home for your vacation.
