Luxury Retreat: Pool + Near Top Beaches

A Florida vacation everyone will enjoy! Welcome to The Swell Palm Coast! This 3 bed + 2 bath home has plenty of space for the entire family, multiple families, or a large group of friends! With a private, backyard featuring a HEATED pool (heated for an additional fee) complete with lounge chairs, a grill, outdoor dining area and a beautiful screened in porch. The Swell is centrally located, making it easy to get to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, Daytona, & Jacksonville!

The Swell Palm Coast was designed to create a relaxing & fun Florida vacation. You'll find comfortable & coastal decor indoor & outdoors to ensure that every space of the property feels like an oasis! The home has a completely private heated pool (heated for an additional fee), lounge chairs, outdoor dining, propane grill, outdoor speakers, and a beautiful screened in porch with twinkly lights around the pool.

The home can sleep up to 9 people. You will find one master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the home, you will find another room with two queen size beds, a full bathroom, and another room featuring a twin over full bunk bed and another twin bed. All so comfortable! All bedrooms + the living room feature smart TVs where you can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube accounts.

We provide pool towels + extra bath towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer that you are free to use as you please. We provide laundry detergent. To get your vacation started, we provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, make up wipes, bar soap, and trash bags.

In the kitchen you will find every cooking utensil you may need + salt, pepper, and olive oil. Other kitchen equipment provided:

*If something seems to be missing upon your arrival - please let us know so we can make sure it is there for you!*

The house is a non-smoking house, and we ask that if you do smoke to do it as far away from the house as possible so no smell lingers. Please no smoking on the screened in porch.

We allow dogs, as we understand that fur babies are a very important part of the family! However, we ask that you consider your dogs behavior and whether our property is right for them. We ask that you please bring a bed for your dog & to avoid letting them on the furniture. The backyard is also NOT fully fenced.

We require an upfront notice & an additional $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet. If there are more excessive cleaning needs due to the presence of your dog, there will be additional fees. Dogs are the only pet that is allowed. Dogs must be crated if you are not there to supervise them, so please bring a crate if you plan on leaving the property. If they cause damage to anything on the property, you will be charged for the repair.

Your GPS should take you directly to the property. Once you have arrived, there is a smart lock on the front door where you will be given your personal access code to enter and exit the property. For the safety of our guests, we change the code for every guest.

Most of the time we are not available in person - we are always available via phone call or text!

Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day due to the excessive charge in electricity. Please reach out to host directly to ensure the pool can be heated for your stay. Note that it does take about 24 hours to fully heat up so please let us know in advance if this is something you are interested in!

Also - there is no hot tub. The addition of the pool is simply just a "spa" - the heat of it is controlled with the pool temp.

Palm Coast is such a great little town that is centrally located to all the favorite tourist spots & towns on the Atlantic side of Florida!
