This spacious, sixth-floor condo enjoys a view to remember: the 16th hole of the Hammock Golf Course and ocean waves crashing just beyond. The covered balcony is a wonderful place to begin each day at sunrise and cap each evening with a moonrise over the water.

You'll have a front-row seat for the sunrise every morning, right from the bed in the primary suite. It's the perfect time to take a morning stroll on the secluded beach, where you can walk for miles on the native, cinnamon-colored coquina sand and watch dolphins playing in the surf. The surf fishing is fantastic on this stretch of beach, so bring your poles (along with the boogie boards provided in the condo).

The living room is large, airy, and comfortable, offering a sofa, two easy chairs, and an entertainment center with a flatscreen TV. Step out onto the balcony (although you can see the Atlantic from inside as well), where a casual table and chairs invite you to dine al fresco. There's an interior dining space too - a great place to play board games and cards at night.

The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook one evening if you choose. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer/dryer and two additional bedrooms to go along with the primary suite.

This condo is located in the exclusive, gated Ocean Hammock Resort, with miles of private beach and leisure facilities galore. Enjoy multiple swimming pools, a spa, a clubhouse, a gym, and a game room. The location is perfect for day trips north to St. Augustine or south to Walt Disney World.

Guests do not have access to the Hammock Dunes Resort with the lazy river.
The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, wolf-dog hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Nice community; unit disappointing

We were quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. The carpet had so many stains, the walls were scuffed all over the place, and it doesn’t seem like the unit is truly cleaned. The baseboards were filled with dust. The main shower had mold and the door wouldn’t close. The stuff in the third bedroom closet was really dirty. The community itself, the view, the pool, and the grill were wonderful (with the exception of multiple dogs on the lower floor that constantly barked
surprising given how clear it was made to us that we needed to respect the community quiet). Sadly, we’d never stay at this location again. It was disappointing given the location and amount we paid.

Awful

We’ve been coming to Cinnamon Beach for over ten years and this was the worst condo by far. The carpet had stains and holes and rips. The walls were scuffed all over. The baseboards and air vents were caked with dirt and dust. There was mold in the primary shower and the door wouldn’t stay shut. The secondary bathtub was filthy. There were ants in the kitchen.The microwave didn’t work and I contacted the management company on Monday evening. They said someone would be out Tuesday. No one showed up. Contacted them again and they said someone would come out on Wednesday, no one showed up again. Called them again and they said someone would come out Thursday. No one showed! Called them again on Thursday and they had a new one delivered that night. Friday was our last day so didn’t really matter at that point.

Great view and relaxing setting

This was the perfect getaway. Being on the top (6th) floor made it even better. It beat our expectations. Wish the pool was closer but within walking distance. We stayed during off season so things closed early but that was expected.

I hate reviews

Everything was fine with the property aside from the toilet continuously running. The property manager was the biggest issue we had. Unable to communicate effectively and didn't resolve any issues I had.

Vacation st Cinnamon Beach

The location was great. The unit itself was very outdated and mostly in poor condition. Dishwasher was broken and not repaired or replaced during our stay. The furniture in the living room was filthy and we couldn't sit on it without covering it with a throw or blanket. Extra supplies for washing dishes were supposed to be delivered along with paper products, but never arrived. The carpet was torn in multiple places and so dirty and stained we had to wear socks the entire time. Pans in kitchen were so worn everything stuck to them, when used. We called to complain and were told someone would be there the next day to address our complaints and no one showed up. We called three times and were told someone would come the next day, but there was no follow up. Other calls were ignored. Knobs on doors were missing, baseboard missing and gouge in the wall. Lightbulbs missing and dirty light fixtures throughout. The towels were rough and substandard. We rented this unit for roughly $3,000 for a week thinking it would be a very nice getaway and were very disappointed with the condition of the unit. We expect some type of restitution as it was not anywhere near the condition advertised.

Quick vacation

We have been to Cinnamon Beach several times. First time renting with VRBO. Had to call twice asking for our Fast Pass. The 2 people I talked with did not seem to knywhat I was asking for. Finally sent a text and got a response from someone who could help. Condo was clean. Carpet needed cleaning. Kitchen not as well stocked as others. After all of this we wouldn’t mind staying there again.

Anniversary weekend

The location of the property was great, beautiful view. The unit itself needs some updating. The kitchen utensils are cheap and cookware needs to be replaced. The outside furniture is broken and uncomfortable. The Cinnamon Beach area is beautiful and the beach was great!
