The property is a duplex (2 side by side units) and you will have access to the entire unit 9130 with its own separate entrance, laundry area, and a very private backyard with a Hot Tub, covered Pergola and BBQ area. There is a large driveway where you can park up to two cars during your stay. There is a Ring Camera by the front door for extra security.

Check in is completely self-done! There is a keypad on the front door to allow easy access.



Our two bedroom vacation home was recently renovated and tastefully furnished. Everything in the house is brand new.  The covered Pergola in the private backyard overlooks the sunbathing / lounge area and the Hot Tub. With 2 King size beds, a Queen size PULL OUT SOFA BED and 2 full bathrooms, this house offers the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

The open-plan kitchen and living room layout is designed with your enjoyment in mind, providing the perfect space for socializing and entertaining. Whether you're preparing a delicious meal or simply unwinding on the sofa, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay. The kitchen also features a convenient breakfast bar that doubles as a remote work area.

For those who need to work remotely or stream their favorite shows, rest assured that our property is equipped with HIGH-SPEED internet, allowing you to seamlessly stay connected and entertained.

Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the Xfinity Choice TV, offering you the opportunity to watch your favorite sports live and stay up-to-date with the latest matches and events that you can watch from the living room Smart TV.

The house has a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

ITEMS WE PROVIDE
All sheets, pillows, towels, and beach towels. For cleaning we provide laundry detergent pods, dishwashing pods, hand soap, and dish soap. For the bathrooms and the kitchen we provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cling film, aluminium foil.  And if we missed anything, just ask! We will be more than happy to try and accommodate your request.


Our house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. No more than 6 people are allowed to stay overnight at the property.

Please respect the neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm – 8am every day.

Absolutely NO parties.
No smoking inside the house.
A maximum of three cars are allowed to park in the driveway.
Use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk. Children in the hot tub must be supervised by an adult at all times.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!
