Come and relax in this gorgeous, comfortable and fully equipped home!
This home has all newer furnishing, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting in the patio watching the local birds in the trees and foliage around the back yard.
The property is located in a small community, safe and quiet and yet a mere 7 minutes' walk to the shopping plaza and restaurants across the way and less than 5 minutes' drive to highway I95!
Also, a short 10 minutes' drive to the beautiful walking trails of Turkey Creek Sanctuary, where you may also choose to enjoy an amazing kayaking experience.
We are about 20 minutes away from Brevard County beautiful beaches, 1 hour from Orlando and just 30 minutes to NASA.
There is so much to do and explore!

Great location not far off I-95 and close to plenty of restaurants & shopping. Quiet neighborhood. House has more space than we needed for just the 2 of us but enjoyed using screen porch area. Front entrance area could use some clean-up and trimming, had to dodge some overhanging limbs. Host was very responsive.

Host was very responsive. House is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to anything you could want to do. Plenty of room for a family get away. House was clean and loved that there were several areas to gather and enjoy each others company or just relax and be aline. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet and relaxing

Our stay was quite nice, it was located very close to the family we were visiting and our children were able to have their own dedicated sleeping space which enhanced our stay immensely. The host was very responsive and helpful in all aspects. There were ants in the bathrooms which was slightly frustrating, but beyond that the property was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit. Highly recommend this property if your looking for a convenient and quiet place to stay!

A home away from home!

We had a great experience staying here. Any questions that we had Marcia answered quickly, the house had everything you needed. It was clean and the location perfect, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large screened in patio.

Marcia was so helpful with accommodating our stay while we were evacuating during hurricane Ian. Would definitely come back again. The house is so neat and spacious. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Palm Bay Home

The home was clean, spacious and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We liked that it was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and main highways, making it very quick and easy to get around. We had a minor issue getting the TV to work, however, it was quickly resolved when we contacted the property manager. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Not what we expected at all

We never received any instructions on how to get into the property before arrival. We had to contact the owner for the access code as we sat in the driveway. The house is a nice house, but needs a ton of work. The kitchen appliances need replaced. No light in the refrigerator, and water filter needed replaced. The stovetop and oven were filthy - coated with grease and grime. There was no hot water in the kitchen at all. And the BUGS!!! Tiny bugs on the kitchen counters, the bathroom sink tops, the coffee table in the living room, the chairs in the front room. We tried to clean surfaces but nothing helped. The bedding was stained and had hairs on it. The owner was quick to respond, and took the sheets to her house to wash. She said she did not wash the comforters, shams, pillows, etc. after each stay. YUCK!!! We had to wait until 11 p.m. for her to bring the bedding back after she washed it in order to get some sleep after traveling hours that day. We tried all we could to salvage the stay, but voluntarily left after 2 nights. We were initially promised a full refund from the owner (booked through VRBO which did nothing to assist us with any issue, except pass us from one employee to the next via telephone so we could repeat the issues over and over - this is our vacation time!) but after she spoke to VRBO, she reneged on that promise, and would not refund the taxes or the service fees. She did refund about half of what we had paid. I believe the owner to be a nice person, but she has no idea how to prepare a home for renting. The bedding and towels were mismatched, some were stained, and there was only one washcloth in the house. A stopper was missing in the master bathroom sink. The screened in porch was so dirty it couldn’t be used. The kitchen couldn’t be used. An overall failure sorry to say.

Easy location right off the interstate - spacious house

The property manager was great at staying in contact with us for general questions. The house was clean and had plenty of seating available. Well stocked with towels.
