The internal space is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, split A/C;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the terrace;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;

- SHARED TERRACE (partition net) with sea view, with access from bedroom II and furnished with a coffee table and armchairs;

- LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, underfloor heating, split air conditioning (kitchen and bedrooms), independent entrance, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00

EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

City tax payment will be required.

The historic center is also easily accessible, where there are places full of charm such as the Castello a Mare, the Church of San Giorgio dei Genovesi and the Galleria d'Arte Moderna, in the heart of the Kalsa district.

In the surroundings of the property there are all the essential services: bars, restaurants by the sea, supermarkets and pharmacies, making the stay comfortable and practical even for longer periods.

- From Palermo airport you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train towards Palermo Centrale and get off at the Palermo Sferracavallo stop; from here walk (7 minutes) to the Sferracavallo Dell'arancio stop, take bus 616 and get off at the Venere Margherita di Savoia stop; from here walk (11 minutes) to the Delle Palme Principessa Iolanda stop, take bus 603 and get off at the Cristoforo Colombo 5 stop, 1 minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Centrale station take bus 101 and get off at the Croce Rossa Statua stop; from here take bus 603 to the Cristoforo Colombo 5 stop, 1 minute walk from the property;

- By car, you can park for free at the Piazza Bordonaro car park (NOT guaranteed), 11 minutes walk from the property.
