Welcoming and charming loft with terrace in the heart of Kalsa.
The apartment, recently renovated and located on the second floor of an ancient building, features a minimalist style that highlights the original stone walls. The spaces are developed over two levels and are open to make each room bright. The living area consists of a sofa, dining table, desk and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower on the first level and a second bedroom with a double bed, service bathroom and open shower on the upper level. From the mezzanine, it is possible to access the terrace, furnished with a table and chairs with a view of the Spasimo walls.
