Cozy apartment in the historic neighborhood of BallarĂČ, a few steps from the Cathedral of Palermo.
The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto a living room which features a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining table and a well-equipped American kitchen, complete with oven and kettle. From here, guests will access the veranda furnished with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals in a private area. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, the first one comes with a queen-size bed and nightstands, the second one with a queen-size bed and access to the balcony, while the third one, also with access to the balcony, is fitted with a sofa, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a staircase leading to the mezzanine with a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
The apartment is located in the ZTL area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of BallarĂČ and Capo. It doesnât matter if itâs lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
