Design apartment in a recently-renovated building overlooking Piazza Bellini, right next to the magnificent Church of Saint Mary of the Admiral, also known as La Martorana, in the heart of Palermo.



The apartment, located on the second floor with elevator, opens onto an entrance hall from which, via two steps, you enter the bright, modern-style living room with a comfortable sofa, television, dining table, and well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Adjacent to the living area is the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Steps in the living room lead to the loft bedroom with a sliding door and furnished with a queen-size bed.

A hallway leads to the second bathroom with shower.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL area active from Monday to Friday, from 8 to 20. To access, guests can buy a pass valid 24 hours in any Tobacco shop.

The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment there is the central train station while Palermo Falcone e Borsellino airport is a 35-minute drive away.
